★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad experience. They changed a tube in my mountainbike. I had to come back and pick up the tire the next day. One day later the tire was flat again (I didnt drive). They changed the whole tire (another day waiting). When I picked it up the tire was not mounted properly, it was the wrong dimension and it was not a mountain bike tire. I complained and wanted my money back for this bad service but the guy got rude, smirked at me and paid only a part of it back. Avoid this store! They are incompetent and rude and they scam you. There are way better bike service shops in Chania where you get service right away and they know their business.
