★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα τηλεφωνικώς κάτι σήμερα το πρωί μου είπαν ότι υπάρχει διαθέσιμο στο κατάστημα της Αθήνας (Ακαδημία Πλάτωνος) κι αφού διέσχισε όλη την Αθήνα για να φτάσω στο κατάστημα, μόλις πήγα μου είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμο κι ότι φαινόταν λάθος απόθεμα στις αποθήκες λόγω απογραφής. Δεν ζήτησαν ούτε μια συγγνώμη. Απλά απαράδεκτοι κι αντιεπαγγελματικοί.
I ordered something by phone this morning and they told me that it was available at the Athens store (Platonos Academy) and after crossing all over Athens to get to the store, as soon as I went I was told that it was unavailable and that the inventory appeared to be in the wrong stock. They didn't even apologize. Just unacceptable and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το after sales είναι τραγικό. Ελαττωματικό γάντι ξεφτυσε στην βδομάδα και οι τύποι το έκαψαν με αναπτήρα και είπαν πως είναι εντάξει τώρα.
After sales is tragic. A defective glove came off in a week and the guys burned it with a lighter and said it was okay now.
