Η κα Ρούλα ευγενεστατη και φιλική. Very friendly hostel and very clean. We were hosted with our pets in which the owners and staff treated with more than courtesy. Mrs. Roula is very kind and friendly.
N	Natassa Patsika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Να διευκρινίσω ότι η κριτική μου αφορά στις παλιές σοφίτες το ξενώνα όπου και έμεινα και στη συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού. Δεν θα επέλεγα ποτέ να μείνω σε κάτι τέτοιο ειδικά με δύο παιδιά αν μου είχε διευκρινιστεί εξαρχής ότι το επίπεδο των παροχών είναι πάρα πολύ χαμηλό. Αλλά ήμασταν μεγάλη παρέα και αναγκαστικά κάποιοι συμβιβάστηκαν με λιγότερα ούτως ώστε να είμαστε όλοι κοντά. Το δωμάτιο στο οποίο διαμείναμε ήταν όχι απλά υπερεκτιμημένο αλλά δεν άξιζε ούτε τα μισά από τα χρήματα που δώσαμε και σημαντικό είναι το ότι είχε να καθαριστεί αρκετό διάστημα και σε πολλά σημεία υπήρχαν ιστοί αράχνης. Το μόνο θετικό είναι ότι υπήρχε επαρκής θέρμανση. Δεν θα μπω σε επιπλέον λεπτομέρειες διότι σε γενικές γραμμές υπήρχαν πάρα πολλά θέματα. Η κυρία που μας υποδέχθηκε ενώ αρχικά έδειξε φιλική, τη στιγμή που στο πρωινό τη ρωτήσαμε αν μπορεί να μας σερβίρει αυγά μάτια για τα παιδιά καθώς τα βραστά αυγά που είχε ήταν τόσο παραβρασμενα και παγωμένα που δεν μπορούσε κανείς να τα καταπιει (φυσικά δεν σχολιάσαμε κάτι τέτοιο στην ίδια), δυσανασχέτησε και έκτοτε άλλαξε παντελώς στάση απέναντι μας. Το πρωινό γενικά ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτο καθώς αποτελούνταν κυρίως από ζύμες κ φυσικά όχι σπιτικές. To clarify that my criticism concerns the old lofts of the hostel where I stayed and the behavior of the staff. I would never have chosen to stay in something like this especially with two children if it had been made clear to me from the beginning that the level of benefits is too low. But we were great company and some people had to come to terms with less so that we could all be close. The room we were staying in was not just overpriced but it was not worth even half of the money we gave and the important thing is that it had to be cleaned long enough and in many places there were cobwebs. The only positive is that there was adequate heating. I will not go into further details because in general there were too many issues. The lady who welcomed us while she initially seemed friendly, the moment we asked her at breakfast if she could serve us eggs for the children as the boiled eggs she had were so boiled and frozen that no one could swallow them (of course we did not comment on anything such in the same), she became impatient and since then she has completely changed her attitude towards us. Breakfast was generally unacceptable as it consisted mainly of pastries and of course not homemade.
Δ	Δημητρα Ξυλουρη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φεύγοντας από το ξενοδοχείο μόνο τα καλύτερα μπορώ να πω!! Χαμογελαστοί και φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι. Το δωμάτιο υπέροχο, μεγάλο, φωτεινό, πεντακάθαρο... Και το πιο σημαντικό για εμάς που μείναμε εκεί... Δέχθηκαν να φιλοξενήσουν και τα 4 σκυλάκια που είχαμε μαζί μας!! Δύο μεγαλόσωμα και δυο πιο μικρά. μακάρι εν έτη 2022 όλοι οι επαγγελματίες να ήταν έτσι!!!! Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το ξενοδοχείο!! Απολαύσαμε την κάθε μέρα που μείναμε!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ... Θα το επισκεφθούμε σίγουρα ξανά!!!!! Leaving the hotel only the best I can say !! Smiling and hospitable people. The room is wonderful, big, bright, spotless ... And the most important for us who stayed there ... They accepted to host all 4 dogs that we had with us !! Two large and two smaller. I wish in the years 2022 all the professionals were like that !!!! I highly recommend the hotel !! We enjoyed every day we stayed !! Thank you very much ... We will definitely visit it again !!!!!
Θ	ΘΕΟΔΩΡΟΣ ΤΣΟΠΑΝΟΓΛΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο χώρος του ξενώνα φαίνεται ότι αρχικά είχε φτιαχτεί με μεράκι. Τώρα φαίνεται παραμελημένος, θέλει λίγη περιποίηση . Το γειτονικό περιβάλλον του ξενώνα , δηλαδή το γύρω γύρω εξωτερικά , δεν αξίζει μία !! Η σοφίτα που μείναμε οικογενειακά ήταν συμπαθητική . Όμως το καπάκι της λεκάνης ξεχαρβαλωμένο και σε μεγάλη ροή του νιπτήρα ή της μπανιέρας έβγαινε νερό από την σχάρα αποχέτευσης . Οι τοίχοι με γυψοσανίδα , άκουγες τα πάντα από τους διπλανούς , όμως είχε καλή θέρμανση . Στο πρωινό γεύμα - μπουφέ με άριστα το 10 βάζω 7 . Στα συν ότι η κα Ρούλα πρόθυμη και εξυπηρετική , έτοιμη να καθοδηγήσει και να συμβουλεύσει για την περιοχή και το χιονοδρομικό . Η τιμή για τα τρία βράδια ήταν καλή . Βέβαια χωρίς απόδειξη !! Παρακαλώ τους ιδιοκτήτες να δουν την κριτική μου καλόπιστα , γιατί έτσι υπάρχουν ελπίδες βελτίωσης . The hostel area seems to have been originally built with taste. Now he looks neglected, he wants a little care. The neighboring environment of the hostel, ie the surrounding area outside, is not worth one !! The attic we stayed with as a family was nice. However, the lid of the basin was torn and in a large flow of the sink or bathtub, water was coming out of the drain grate. The walls were plastered, you could hear everything from the neighbors, but it was well heated. In the breakfast - buffet with an excellent 10 I put 7. Plus that Ms. Roula is willing and helpful, ready to guide and advise on the area and the ski resort. The price for the three nights was good. Of course without proof !! I ask the owners to look at my review in good faith, because that way there are hopes for improvement.
