★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο συγκεκριμένος φούρνος δεν παίζεται!! Είναι όλα πολύ προσεγμένα.Εχει και φαγητά πάρα πολύ νόστιμα. Κρίμα τόσα χρόνια στη νεα Σμύρνη και τον ανακαλύψαμε τώρα.
This oven is not played !! They are all very attentive. They also have delicious food. A pity for so many years in young Smyrna and we have now discovered him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψωνίζουμε οικογενειακώς σχεδόν καθημερινά και είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τα προϊόντα αλλά και την εξυπηρέτηση των υπαλλήλων. Δυστυχώς όμως είναι ως φαίνεται πάγια τακτική από τη διαχείριση να δίνουν οδηγία στο προσωπικό να μην κόβει ποτέ αποδείξεις!! Δεν μου έχει ξανατυχει αυτό σε φούρνο και μάλιστα που αριθμεί τόσα καταστήματα. Έχω ενοχληθεί τόσο, που και για ένα ψωμί κάτω του ευρό δίνω πλέον κάρτα. Μεγαλύτερη έκπληξη μου κάνει ότι επειδή συχνά γίνεται ανακύκλωση των υπαλλήλων μεταξύ των καταστημάτων τους, ακόμα και κάποιος που δεν μας έχει ξαναδεί ποτέ, πάλι δεν θα κόψει απόδειξη με την ίδια άνεση που το κάνουν αυτοί που μας ξέρουν.
We shop as a family almost every day and we are very happy with the products and the service of the employees. Unfortunately, it seems that it is a regular tactic from the management to instruct the staff never to cut receipts !! This has never happened to me in an oven and in fact it has so many stores. I am so annoyed that I now give a card for a loaf of bread under the euro. My biggest surprise is that because employees are often recycled between their stores, even someone who has never seen us before will still not cut a receipt as easily as those who know us.
