Πέρασε 1 εβδομάδα για να δούμε.. .τηλεφωνικώς μου είπαν ότι φταίει η υπηρεσία ταχυμεταφορών No information on the progress of the order .. Sample tracking number -unknown words .. The product appeared as available but was not .. It took 1 week to see .. .they told me by phone that the courier service is to blame
D	Dimitrios Piperidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η παραγγελία έγινε στις 3/12/20 και πλήρωσα την παραγγελία μου με κάρτα ηλεκτρονικά μαζί με το κόστος μεταφορικών που ήταν συνολικά 5,5€. Λαμβάνω email επιβεβαίωσης από την εταιρεία που μου αναγράφει τα στοιχεία της παραγγελίας και το κόστος μεταφορικών. Όταν ήρθε ο courier να παραδώσει το δέμα μου ζήτησε να πληρώσω επιπλέον 12€ για κόστος μεταφορικών και φυσικά αρνήθηκα να παραλάβω εφόσον το δέμα ήταν εξοφλημένο μαζί με τα μεταφορικά. Επικοινώνησε μαζί μου το κατάστημα την επόμενη ημέρα και όταν τους είπα τι έγινε, μου είπαν ότι πολύ σωστά αρνήθηκα να παραλάβω και θα με ειδοποιήσουν. Επειδή δεν με κάλεσε πίσω κανείς επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα να μάθω την εξέλιξη και με ενημέρωσαν ότι η παραγγελίες κάτω από 10€ δεν έχουν το ίδιο κόστος μεταφορικών. Ενημερώνω ότι εγώ έχω λάβει email από εκείνους για το κόστος της παραγγελίας μαζί με τα μεταφορικά και η απάντηση της κυρίας ήταν "εγώ δεν ξέρω τι γράφει το email αλλά τι ισχύει". Τα λόγια δηλαδή του κάθε υπαλλήλου έχουν μεγαλύτερη ισχύ από την γραπτή επικοινωνία της εταιρείας. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. The order was made on 3/12/20 and I paid for my order with an electronic card together with the shipping cost which was a total of € 5.5. I receive a confirmation email from the company that lists the details of the order and the shipping cost. When the courier came to deliver the parcel he asked me to pay an extra 12 € for shipping costs and of course I refused to receive it since the parcel was paid along with the shipping. The store contacted me the next day and when I told them what had happened, they told me that I had rightly refused to pick them up and they would notify me. Because no one called me back, I contacted the store to find out the development and they informed me that orders under € 10 do not have the same shipping cost. I inform that I have received emails from them about the cost of the order along with the shipping and the lady's answer was "I do not know what the email says but what is valid". In other words, the words of each employee have more power than the written communication of the company. The conclusion is yours to make.
