★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όμορφες δημιουργίες, με γούστο και προσεγμένη αισθητική. Τα άνθη ήταν όλα φρέσκα, οι συνθέσεις πλούσιες και πολύ ιδιαίτερες. Αντικειμενικά, ακριβές τιμές και ανεβασμένο κόστος σε σχέση με το αποτέλεσμα.
Ωστόσο, μείναμε εντελώς απογοητευμένοι από την επικοινωνία και τη συμπεριφορά των εκπροσώπων της εταιρείας τόσο σε επίπεδο συνεργασίας όσο και σε επίπεδο παροχής υπηρεσιών.
Συγκεκριμένα, ο χώρος της εκκλησίας δεν ήταν στολισμένος στην ώρα του (το φορτηγό της εταιρείας είχε ήδη φτάσει στο σημείο και δεν είχε κινητοποιήσει τη διαδικασία στησίματος μέχρι τη στιγμή που ο γαμπρός πήγε - μπροστά σε όλους τους καλεσμένους που είχαν ήδη φτάσει - να ρωτήσει το λόγο της καθυστέρησης).
Σε σχέση με το οικονομικό κομμάτι, παρότι (κατά τη γνώμη μας) προέκυπτε μία διαφορά μεταξύ του ποσού που υπολογίζαμε εμείς και του συνόλου του τελικού ποσού της προσφοράς, δεν δέχτηκε κανείς να το συζητήσει μαζί μας. Παρότι ζητήσαμε επανειλημμένως να επικοινωνήσει κάποιος εκπρόσωπος μαζί μας, η συμπεριφορά που αντιμετωπίσαμε στο τηλέφωνο ήτανε κάτι παραπάνω από αγενής και προσβλητική.
Η βασική ομάδα (Μαρία και Ηλίας) που εκπροσωπεί την εταιρεία Moustakis - και με βάση την επικοινωνία μας μαζί της τους τελευταίους 9 μήνες - θα την χαρακτηρίζαμε ως το χειρότερο δείγμα συνεργασίας που είχαμε έως τώρα. Εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, τρομερή αδυναμία συνεννόησης στις συναντήσεις μας και μεγάλο πρόβλημα προγραμματισμού των ραντεβού μας (περνούσαν μήνες και εβδομάδες μέχρι να καταφέρουμε να ορίσουμε τη ημέρα και την ώρα συνάντησής μας κάθε φορά).
Μία σημείωση: με τα υπόλοιπα ‘’βοηθητικά’’ μέλη της ομάδας συνεργαστήκαμε άψογα (Ολίνα και Σιμπέλ) σε όλα τα επίπεδα και αποτέλεσαν τη σανίδα σωτηρίας μας όλο αυτό το διάστημα!
Σίγουρα ΔΕΝ τους προτείνουμε σε όσους θέλουν να …διατηρήσουν τη ψυχραιμία τους καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της προετοιμασίας του γάμου/βάφτισής τους ή οποιουδήποτε event τους.

Beautiful creations, with taste and careful aesthetics. The flowers were all fresh, the compositions rich and very special. Objectively, expensive prices and increased costs in relation to the result.
However, we were completely disappointed with the communication and behavior of the company's representatives both in terms of cooperation and service.
In particular, the church premises were not decorated on time (the company truck had already arrived at the spot and had not mobilized the set-up process until the groom went - in front of all the guests who had already arrived - to ask the due to delay).
Regarding the financial part, although (in our opinion) there was a difference between the amount we calculated and the total final amount of the offer, no one agreed to discuss it with us. Although we repeatedly asked a representative to contact us, the behavior we encountered on the phone was more than rude and offensive.
The main team (Maria and Elias) that represents the company Moustakis - and based on our communication with it for the last 9 months - we would characterize it as the worst example of cooperation we have had so far. Completely unprofessional behavior, terrible inability to communicate in our meetings and a big problem in scheduling our appointments (months and weeks passed until we managed to set the day and time of our meeting each time).
One note: with the other "auxiliary" members of the team we worked perfectly (Olina and Simbel) at all levels and they were our lifeline all this time!
We certainly do NOT recommend them to those who want to τους maintain their composure throughout the preparation of their wedding / baptism or any of their events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kafe ve çiçekçi aynı yerde. Değişik bir konsept olmuş. Mağaza dizaynı farklı ama güzeldi. Ancak gül buketi için kaç tane alırsam alayım indirim yapmadılar. 1-5-10-15 adet fiyatları aynı. Ayrıca hazırladıkları buket aşırı basitti. Hiç süs yoktu. 5 gül dışında 3 parça çam ağacı dalı vardı. Sanırım buket yapma ya da çiçekçilik ile ilgili bir eğitimleri yoktu. Çünkü normalde başka çiçekçiler 4-5 farklı buket alternatifi sunuyor ve buketi değişik ek süs bitkileri ile birlikte arkaya konan kağıt ile çok güzel süslüyorlardı. Burasi benim için hayal kırıklığı oldu maalesef.
The cafe and the florist are in the same place. It's a different concept. The store design was different but beautiful. However, no matter how many I bought for the rose bouquet, they did not give a discount. The prices of 1-5-10-15 pieces are the same. Also, the bouquet they prepared was extremely simple. There were no ornaments. Apart from 5 roses, there were 3 pieces of pine tree branches. I guess they had no training in making bouquets or floristry. Because normally, other florists offer 4-5 different bouquet alternatives and decorate the bouquet very nicely with different ornamental plants and the paper placed on the back. This place was a disappointment for me unfortunately.

Τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Ανέλαβαν το στολισμό του γάμου μας (εκκλησία και χωρο δεξιωσης )και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι!Η νυφική μου ανθοδέσμη ήταν όπως ακριβώς την είχα φανταστεί !!! Πολλά συγχαρητήρια

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πόσο όμορφο και μαγικό μέρος!! Περνούσα τυχαία και όταν είδα τα μπουκέτα με τις πασχαλιες δεν μπόρεσα να τους αντισταθώ. Μπήκα μέσα και ανακάλυψα ένα χώρο καφέ με συνδιασμό ανθοπωλείου. Εξαιρετική ιδέα! Μινιμαλ και ζεστός ο χώρος, ιδιαίτερα τα μπουκέτα τους και οι εξυπηρέτηση των κοριτσιών πολύ καλή!! Μπράβο σας!!
What a beautiful and magical place !! I was passing by randomly and when I saw the bouquets of lilacs I could not resist them. I went in and discovered a coffee shop with a combination of a flower shop. Brilliant idea! The space is minimal and warm, especially their bouquets and the service of the girls very good !! Well done!!
