★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν αρχικά επικοινώνησα μαζί τους για ένα δέμα που ήθελα να στείλω, φάνηκαν ευγενικοί κ εξυπηρετικοί. Όταν από λάθος δικό μου έδωσα το δέμα σε διπλανή μεταφορική ( που ήταν στην ίδια διεύθυνση) κ τους κάλεσα την επόμενη μέρα για να ρωτήσω για την εξέλιξη το δέματος μου χωρίς ακόμα να έχω αντιληφθεί πως έχει γίνει λάθος, ο κύριος που απάντησε στο τηλέφωνο ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτος. Φώναζε και ειρωνευόταν κ δεν είχε καμία διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει για να δούμε τι λάθος έχει γίνει. Κ μόνο για αυτή τη συμπεριφορά βάζω 1 αστέρι. Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να συνεργαστώ ξανά μαζί τους.
When I first contacted them about a parcel I wanted to send, they seemed polite and helpful. When by mistake I gave the parcel to a nearby carrier (which was at the same address) and called them the next day to ask about the progress of my parcel without even realizing that something had gone wrong, the gentleman who answered the phone was leniently unacceptable. He was shouting and making fun and he was not in the mood to serve to see what went wrong. K only for this behavior I put 1 star. There is no way I can work with them again.
