K	Katerina Giannouchidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά τους επιλέξαμε για να επιπλώσουμε το παιδικό μας δωμάτιο, οπότε και όλα εξελίχτηκαν ομαλά και εντός της προθεσμίας. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν αρκετά καλά με κάποια μικρά ελαττώματα όμως στον σχεδιασμό. Αμέσως δε διαπιστώσαμε ότι τα ροδάκια στα συρτάρια των κρεβατιών ήταν κάκιστα. Καλέσαμε λοιπόν την Ελένη, η οποία είναι πολύ ευγενική, να έρθει να τα δει και να πάρει μέτρα για κάποιες επιπλέον παραγγελίες στις οποίες θέλαμε να προβούμε. Ήρθε τον Νοέμβριο του 2020 και μέχρι και του Απρίλιο του 2021 δεν μας ενημέρωσε. Μετά από αρκετές προσπάθειες να επικοινωνήσω μαζί της μας είπε ότι λόγω οικογενειακών προβλημάτων δεν μας είχε τηλεφωνήσει και ότι θα μας έστελνε τα σχέδια εκείνο το Σ/Κ. Φυσικά κάτι τέτοιο δεν έγινε, οπότε την ξαναενοχλήσαμε και ξαναήρθε μέσα στο καλοκαίρι δύο φορές για να πάρει πάλι τα μέτρα. Υποσχέθηκε ότι θα μας εξυπηρετούσε, αλλά η ιστορία επαναλήφθηκε ως φάρσα και τηλέφωνο δεν σήκωνε.... Τα ροδάκια τα αλλάξαμε μόνοι μας και για τα υπόλοιπα απευθυνθήκαμε ευτυχώς αλλού.. So we invited Eleni, who is very kind, to come and see them and take measures for some additional orders that we wanted to make. He came in November 2020 and did not inform us until April 2021. After several attempts to contact her, she told us that due to family problems she had not called us and that that S / K would send us the plans. Of course this did not happen, so we bothered her again and she came back in the summer twice to take action again. He promised that he would serve us, but the story was repeated as a hoax and he did not pick up the phone .... We changed the wheels ourselves and for the rest we happily went elsewhere ..
