Το χρωμα διεφερε απο της φωτογραφιας και σε τηλεφωνικη μας επικοινωνια αμεσως μου προτειναν την αλλαγη σε αλλο χρωμα ή αλλο ειδος.Η ευγενεστατη κυρια μου εστειλε αποτο προσωπικο(!) της viber τα διαθεσιμα χρωματα για να επιλεξω ωστε να μην υπαρχει εκ νεου διαφορα στο χρωμα. Το επομενο πρωι εγινε κιολας η ανταλλαγη και μαλιστα χωρις καμια χρεωση. Τι αλλο να ζητησει ενας πελατης; Θερμα συγχαρητηρια. If there were 10 stars I would give them. Flawless service. I ordered a pair of sandals at noon and the next morning it was at my door. The color was different from the photo and in our telephone communication they immediately suggested me the change to another color or another type. . The next morning the exchange took place and in fact without any charge. What else can a customer ask for? Congratulations.

Επικοινώνησαν οι ίδιοι με το courrier και λύθηκε το θέμα άμεσα. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Excellent customer service from order to delivery. There was an issue with the delivery due to the courrier's fault, I contacted the store, informed them and they were immediately interested in resolving it. They contacted the courier themselves and the issue was resolved immediately. Highly recommended.
