Ένα Σάββατο απόγευμα πού ο σκύλος παρουσιασε δυσπνοια μασ έστειλε στην κτηνιατρική κλινική - (νεκροταφείο) hospetal στη συγγρου λέγοντας μας ότι λείπει. Εκεί τον σκύλο δεν τον πρόσεξαν όσο έπρεπε με αποτέλεσμα ο σκύλος να καταλήξει. Τον θεωρώ εμεσα υπεύθυνο γιατί όταν τον ρώτησα αν γνώριζε για αυτή την κλινική και τα άσχημα σχόλια που έχει η απάντηση του ήταν: δεν έχω χρόνο να διαβάζω κριτικές άλλων?! Είστε υποχρεωμένος να γνωρίζετε που συστήνεται τους πελάτες σας! Για θεωρία καλώς είστε στη πράξη υπάρχει πρόβλημα We had him as a vet at our dog for about two years. One Saturday afternoon when the dog had dyspnea he sent us to the veterinary clinic - (cemetery) hospetal to the partner telling us he was missing. There the dog was not noticed as much as it should be, with the result that the dog ended up. I consider him directly responsible because when I asked him if he knew about this clinic and the bad comments he had the answer was: I do not have time to read reviews of others ?! You need to know where your customers are recommended! For theory well you are in practice there is a problem

Nothing but the best words can describe his proffesionalism and attitude towards us. Always available for a quick chit chat when you need some good advice, very proactive in terms of your pets' treatment, highly skilled in surgery. In all he has created a nice team where you feel confident your best friend is in good hands to say the least. Last but certainly not least, how my dog feels about it? When we are walking in the area there is no chance she won't pull the leash to drop by her doctor and say "Hi" :)

He clearly explained to us, our cat's condition and all the available options and suggested a course of action that would be the least painful for her. Now, after adapting a second cat, both him and his colleagues have been there for us for anything we might have needed, quite often providing us help and advice even over the phone. The main reason why I would recommend this place is because here our little friends are treated exactly as they should; as family members! It's quite clear that all people working here understand perfectly well what our pets mean to us.
