★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μοιράζομαι αυτή την εμπειρία για όσους ασθενείς ψάχνουν μια οικογενειακή γιατρό παθολόγο σοβαρή και με υπευθυνότητα. Δυστυχώς η κα Μπακαλακου δεν έχει καμία σχέση με τα παραπανω.Εκλεισα ραντεβού εκ των προτέρων 2 μερες πριν και ρώτησα από τηλεφώνου αν εκτός από τις γενικες εξετάσεις μπορούν να γράψουν και την Β-χοριακη καθότι ο γυναικολόγος μου είναι στο εξωτερικο και χρειάζεται να δει αυτή την τιμή άμεσα επειδή είμαι έγκυος. Μου απάντησαν θετικά και έτσι ήρθα στο ραντεβού μου.
Παρόλο που είχε καθυστερήσει να έρθει το πρωί και όλα τα ραντεβού της πήγαν πίσω,περίμενα υπομονετικά το ραντεβού μου πάνω από 40'. Είχα εξηγήσει και νωρίτερα τηλεφωνικά στην γραμματέα της ότι πρέπει να προλάβω το αιματολογικό τμήμα στο διαγνωστικό γιατί θα έκλεινε και δεν ανέφερε τίποτα για καθυστέρηση. Το αντίθετο καθόσον περίμενα, προέτρεπε άλλους ασθενείς που βιάζονταν να προχωρήσουν.
Όταν συνάντησα τη γιατρό, ήταν εξαιρετικά ειρωνική σε σχέση με την έξτρα εξέταση που αναφέρω παραπάνω, της εξηγώ ότι η συνεργάτης της με διαβεβαίωσε ότι εκδίδουν σχετικό παράπεμπτικο και περιμένουμε 2 μέρες, διαφορετικά θα είχα κλείσει και σε άλλη ειδικότητα για αυτή την εξέταση μόνο. Με έδιωξε και μου μίλησε με απρεπεια ενώ ήξερε ότι ήμουν έγκυος. Απλά απαράδεκτη.
I share this experience for those patients looking for a family doctor serious and responsible. Unfortunately, Ms. Bakalakou has nothing to do with the above. I booked an appointment in advance 2 days ago and I asked by phone if, apart from the general examinations, they could also write B-choriki because my gynecologist is abroad and needs to see this the price directly because I'm pregnant. They answered me positively and so I came to my appointment.
Although she was late to come in the morning and all her appointments went back, I patiently waited my appointment for over 40 '. I had explained earlier to her secretary by telephone that I had to catch the hematology section in the diagnostic because it would close and did not say anything about a delay. Contrary to what I expected, I urged other patients who were in a hurry to move forward.
When I met the doctor, it was extremely ironic with regard to the extra examination I mentioned above, I explain that her partner has assured me that they issue a relevant parapsychologist and wait for 2 days, otherwise I would have closed to another specialty for this examination alone. She pushed me away and spoke to me imprudently while she knew I was pregnant. Just unacceptable.
