Αγόρασα κάποια μικροπράγματα και ρώτησα αν διαθέτουν κάποια διακοσμητικά λουλούδια από πλεξιγκλας. Μου έδειξαν στον κατάλογο τις επιλογές και παρήγγειλα 3 για να τα δω από κοντά, τα οποία προπλήρωσα. Δεν με πήραν ποτέ τηλέφωνο να με ενημερώσουν και ενώ έπαιρνα σχεδόν κάθε εβδομάδα για να μάθω τι γίνεται, συνεχώς με ρωτούσαν το επώνυμο μου και με διαβεβαιώναν ότι θα ρωτήσουν τους προμηθευτές τους και θα με πάρουν πίσω. Έφτανε η επόμενη εβδομάδα, που ξανατηλεφωνούσα εγώ για να ακούσω το ίδιο πράγμα. Από αρχές Σεπτέμβρη που έκανα την παραγγελία, πήγα Δεκέμβριο να αγοράσω κάτι άλλο και η κοπέλα (με την οποία είχα μιλήσει φυσικά πολλάκις στο τηλέφωνο) δεν ήξερε καν ότι ήταν προπληρωμένα και έπαιρνε τηλέφωνο για να ενημερωθεί (πάλι). Τελικά πήρα κάτι άλλο και έφυγα. Δεν ήταν κάποιο σημαντικό ποσό (ευτελές θα το χαρακτήριζα), αλλά σαν πολιτική καταστήματος προς πελάτη δείχνει ανευθυνότητα! While the store has several products, unfortunately my experience was a bit unpleasant. I bought some small things and asked if they have any decorative plexiglass flowers. They showed me the list of options and I ordered 3 to see them up close, which I prepaid. They never called me to let me know and while I was calling almost every week to find out what was going on, they kept asking me my last name and assuring me that they would ask their suppliers and get me back. It was next week that I called again to hear the same thing. From the beginning of September when I placed the order, I went to December to buy something else and the girl (with whom I had of course talked many times on the phone) did not even know that they were prepaid and picked up the phone to be informed (again). Eventually I got something else and left. It was not a significant amount (I would call it cheap), but as a store policy to a customer it shows irresponsibility!
