★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει μικρύνει τις μερίδες του σε σχεση με το παρελθόν κ φαγητά όπως ο μουσακάς, φτιάχνονται "αφράτα" και πολύ μειωμένα σε βάρος. Προσοχή στα χόρτα, γιατί αν γλυκίζουν κ δείχνουν παραβρασμένα, ίσως να είναι προβληματικά, όπως σε μένα, που σας το γράφω αυτό 04:00 τα ξημερώματα.
