Ενώ στο τηλέφωνο μου είπαν ότι υπάρχει φορτισμένη και έτοιμη για παραλαβή, τελικά όταν πήγα μετά απο μια ώρα περίπου, δεν είχε γιατί είχε δοθεί. Παρόλα αυτά ετοίμασαν μια και μου την έφεραν χωρίς κόστος στην οικία μου, παρά το μικρό κόστος της μπαταρίας. Οι υπάλληλοι και ο υπεύθυνος/ιδιοκτήτης, ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και με διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση. Σαν πρώτη εντύπωση ήταν πολύ καλή, σίγουρα θα το συστήσω όπου χρειαστεί και θα το προτιμήσω και στο μέλλον.
I bought a motorcycle battery for the first time. While on the phone I was told that it is charged and ready to receive, finally when I left after about an hour, it had no reason to have been given. However, they prepared it and brought it to my house at no cost, despite the small cost of the battery. The employees and the manager / owner were very polite and willing to serve. As a first impression it was very good, I will definitely recommend it where needed and I will prefer it in the future.
