D	Dimitris Kyriakatis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το MPF το βρηκα τυχαια περνωντας. Ψαχνομουν για κατι διαφορετικο κ εναλλακτικο στη γυμναστικη. Ο χωρος ειναι παλιο εργοστασιο διαμορφωμενο πολυ ωραια κ τα προγραμματα γινονται με οργανα που δν ειχα ξαναδει. Νομιζα ορι με τα λαστιχα δν γυμναζεσαι επαρκως ομως αλλαξα γνωμη. Το συστηνω σε οσους ψαχνουν το διαφορετικο κ ενναλακτικο στη γυμναστικη. I found the MPF by accident. They are looking for something different and alternative in the gym. The place is an old factory, very nicely designed and the programs are made with instruments that I have never seen before. I thought you were not exercising enough with the tires, but I changed my mind. I recommend it to those who are looking for the different and alternative in gymnastics.

Δε το αλλάζω με τίποτα ! With various the best fitness studios! The children are excellent characters, always friendly and with a lot of knowledge in their subject. I do not change it with anything!

Δ	ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ ΝΙΚΟΛΑΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειναι φανταστικος χωρος για προπονηση. Παλιο εργοστασιο με ανετους κλειστους κ υπαιθριους χωρους. Ο δημητρης ειναι αψογος επαγγελματιας κ γνωστης. Αλλαζει η διαθεση μου οταν πηγαινω εκει για προπονηση. It is a fantastic place for training. Old factory with comfortable indoor and outdoor areas. Dimitris is an impeccable professional and well-known. My mood changes when I go there for training.

Ο χώρος είναι καταπληκτικός. Μου φτιάχνει την διάθεση αν είναι λίγο μακρυά από το σπίτι μου. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! I am also a member of MPF Peristeri. But now because of the pandemic I go to Egaleo because of the outdoor training offered by Dimitris. The place is amazing. It sets my mood if it is a little far from my house. I highly recommend it !!

Έχω επιλέξει να κάνω personal training λόγω περιορισμένου χρόνου. Το προτείνω 100%!!! The place is fantastic. It suits me because it is close to my house. The outdoor area is wonderful and the children who work are very kind and knowledgeable. I have chosen to do personal training due to limited time. I recommend it 100% !!!
Δ	Διονυσια Χανιωτακου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λογο την καθιστικης ζωής που κάνω έπρεπε οπωσδήποτε να εντάξω την άσκηση μέσα στην ζωή μου για να χάσω τα περί τα μου κιλά.... επειδή τα ωράρια μου δεν μου επέτρεπαν την επίσκεψη σε ένα γυμναστήριο, η μόνη μου λύση ήταν το personal και μάλιστα στο σπιτι μου !!! Για καλή μου τύχη στην αναζήτηση που έκανα, βγήκε αμέσως το mpf και ο Δημήτρης!!!! Ήρεμος, επικοινωνιακός, ευγενικός, με όραμα και βλέψεις για το μέλλον του αθλητισμού και ΠΑΝΤΑ με το ζεστό του χαμόγελο να σου δίνει την ασφάλεια που χρειαζόμαστε όλοι, ότι θα τα καταφέρουμε μαζί ! Κάνω προπόνηση οπότε θέλω, είτε στο σπίτι μου είτε στο χώρο του Δημήτρη που είναι πολύ ιδιαίτερος , με πολύ θετική ενέργεια ....!!! ( σε πολύ προσιτές τιμές). Όπως έκανε εμενα να αγαπήσω το σωμα μου και την γυμναστικη ..... έτσι εύχομαι να κάνει και άλλους ανθρώπους..... Δημήτρη εύχομαι να συνεχίσεις έτσι και να πετύχεις όλα αυτά για τα όποια μαχαισε μαζί με την ομάδα σου, τα "παιδιά" σου όπως μου λες !!! Due to the sedentary life I lead, I definitely had to include exercise in my life in order to lose the pounds around me .... because my schedules did not allow me to visit a gym, my only solution was personal and in fact in my house !!! For my good luck in the search I did, the mpf and Dimitris came out immediately !!!! Calm, communicative, polite, with vision and aspirations for the future of sports and ALWAYS with his warm smile to give you the security that we all need, that we will succeed together! I train whenever I want, either at home or at Dimitris's place which is very special, with very positive energy .... !!! (at very affordable prices). As it made me love my body and fitness ..... so I wish other people do ..... Dimitris, I wish you to continue like this and to achieve all that for which you fought together with your team, your "children" as you tell me !!!

Μεγάλες αίθουσες, εξωτερικοί χώροι για γυμναστική και ο Δημήτρης είναι πολύ καλό στη δουλειά του. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. I also go to MPF Peristeri. In Egaleo the space is excellent. Large rooms, outdoor areas for fitness and Dimitris is very good at his job. I highly recommend it.
