I left the hairdresser with white highlights and im a brunette, went for a second time to get it fixed, they made my whole hair darker and the white highlights are not gone.

Colour was ok , it did the job.
Two problems I left with colour marks around my forhead from the application people at work saw it.
Secondly it was the worst blow dry I have ever received. Firstly I did say I was i had to be at work in 45 min. There is only one wash basin to wash the colour out so I had to wait. The guy just dried my hair and I said I can’t walk out like this . He said you said dry I said no I said blow dry in Greek. The girl took over and blow dryed it and used the iron Tonga at the ends. The blow dry a) didn’t last and b) 12 euro for a blow dry that was terrible way to much. 10 min! Rush job. Will I go back ? No
