1.Καθυστερημενη παραδοση (18 μερες χωρις μια ειδοποιηση εκ μερους τους)
2.Παραλαβη σπασμενου φωτιστικου
3.Ψιλα γραμματα στο site ότι δεν αποζημιώνεται το σπασμενο αντικειμενο αν δεν ανοιχτεί μπροστά στο courier
4.Άρνηση αποζημίωσης επειδη αποκαλεσα τη ολη διαδικασια ταλαιπωρία και τη συσκευασια αστεια – κρινετε μονοι σας από τη φωτο-
Εμπιστευτηκα, προπληρωσα και βρεθηκα με ένα σπασμενο και αχρηστο φωτιστικο.
I do not recommend Mpitsakakis Electronics at all because
1. Late delivery (18 days without notice from them)
2. Receipt of a broken luminaire
3. Fine letters on the site that the broken object is not compensated if it is not opened in front of the courier
4. Refusal of compensation because I called the whole process inconvenient and the packaging funny - judge for yourself from the photo-
I trusted, prepaid and found myself with a broken and useless lamp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν το συνιστώ καθόλου. Πήρα ένα tv box που ήταν ελαττωματικό κ τους έψαχνα μέρες με πολλές προσπάθειες να σηκώσουν τα τηλέφωνα. Το έστειλα πίσω κ έκαναν πάνω από μήνα να μου πουν ότι είναι χαλασμένο. Περίμενα 3 μήνες με συνεχείς τηλέφωνα να μου στείλουν αντικατάσταση κ τελικά μου έστειλαν το χαλασμένο. Ταλαιπωρήθηκα πάρα πολύ για ένα πράγμα που κόστιζε 70€.. Είπα να πάω στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή, αλλά με καραντίνα κλπ το άφησα κ πήρα καινούργιο κ βρήκα την ηρεμία μου.
I do not recommend it at all. I got a tv box that was defective and I was looking for them for days with many attempts to pick up the phones. I sent it back and they told me for over a month that it was damaged. I waited 3 months with constant phone calls to be sent a replacement and finally they sent me the damaged one. I suffered a lot for something that cost 70 € .. I said to go to the consumer ombudsman, but with quarantine etc I left it and got a new one and found my peace.
