Απαράδεκτο και άκρως αντιεπαγγελματικό! Δυστυχώς υπάρχουν ακόμη πολλοί σαν αυτούς. Unacceptable behavior from "bosses" to employees. The word bosses because in the years 2021 they are not behaved like employers but as bosses. Unacceptable and highly unprofessional! Unfortunately, there are still many like them.

Εν έτη 2021, είναι αυτονόητη η ισότητα των ανθρώπων παρά την ιδιότητα τους. Η εξουσία εργοδότη ενάντια υπαλληλου δυστυχώς επικρατεί ακόμα εδώ. Εχοντας στο περιβάλλον μου άτομο που εργαζόταν εκεί και που δεν είχε κανένα θέμα σε καμία άλλη δουλειά στο παρελθόν κατάλαβα ότι δεν κάνουν όλοι για "αφεντικά". Άθλια,υπερβολική και κακότροπη συμπεριφορά έχοντας τρελές απαιτήσεις από το προσωπικό χωρίς τις ανάλογες αποδοχές χρημάτων. Δεν θα το πρότεινα σίγουρα γιατί όταν δεν υπάρχει ευχάριστο περιβάλλον εργασίας για τους υπαλλήλους αυτό σίγουρα βγαίνει και στην απόδοση και άρα και στα προϊόντα τους The behavior of employers plays a very big role in the psychology and performance of employees. Miserable, excessive and malicious behavior having crazy demands on the staff without the appropriate remuneration of money. Δεν αξίζει καν να δουλεύεις για τέτοιους εργοδότες σε ένα τοσο τοξικό περιβάλλον. Λυπάμαι για αυτές τις επιχείρισεις ωστόσο ποιο πολύ λυπάμαι για το προσωπικό που βιώνει όλα αυτά για ένα κομμάτι ψωμί ώστε να μπορεί να τα βγάλει πέρα. ΚΑΚΌ πραγματικά Unacceptable store. Bad behavior of employers. Ironic behavior as well as labor violence. It is not even worth working for such employers in such a toxic environment. I feel sorry for these businesses but how much I feel sorry for the staff who are experiencing all this for a piece of bread so that they can make ends meet. BAD really
