Ο Βασιλείου παραμένει στο βασικό concept, δηλαδή μπουγάτσα τυρί, σπανάκι-τυρί, κιμάς και κρέμα, τυροπιτάκια κουρού και λίγα ακόμα σφολιατοειδή. Μπορώ επίσης να επαληθεύσω το άψογο στήσιμο των παιδιών που ήταν ευγενικά και εξυπηρετικά. Με δουλεμένο αερόφυλλο και καλές πρώτες ύλες η σχετική "καθύλωση" στα θεμελιώδη και η γενικότερη χαλαρότητα που αποπνέει ο χώρος λειτουργεί άψογα για το χαμηλό προφίλ που διατηρεί η επιχείρηση. Η σχέση ποιότητας - ποσότητας - τιμής είναι θετική συγκριτικά με το σχετικό ανταγωνισμό. Όχι 5 αστέρια διότι θεωρώ πως υπάρχουν μερικοί τεχνίτες ελαφρώς ανώτεροι. Ωστόσο, το προΐον σίγουρα δικαιολόγησε τις όποιες προσδοκίες, και το να παρουσιάζεις αυτή την εικόνα με χρονική συνέπεια αξίζει συγχαρητήρια. According to critics, this is a traditional laboratory of Serrai origin with a long-term presence in Kato Toumpa in a small but elaborate space that passes easily unnoticed. Vassiliou remains in the basic concept, namely bougatsa cheese, spinach-cheese, minced meat and cream, kourou cheese pies and a few more puff pastry. I can also verify the impeccable setting of the children who were kind and helpful. With worked airfoil and good raw materials, the relative "fixation" in the fundamentals and the general relaxation of the space works perfectly for the low profile maintained by the company. The quality - quantity - price ratio is positive compared to the relevant competition. Not 5 stars because I think there are some slightly superior craftsmen. However, the product certainly lived up to any expectations, and presenting this image consistently over time deserves congratulations.
