★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάντα οι κριτικές είναι προσωπικές και με βάση τις προηγούμενες εμπειρίες μας. Με αυτό υπόψη η μπουγάτσα του Σάκη είναι προς το καλό δρόμο αλλά το πρόβλημα της είναι ότι έχει για εμένα καλύτερες. Στα θετικά το χειροποίητο φύλλο, και η λεπτή εμφάνιση της. Θέλει βελτίωση όμως στην γεύση της κρέμας και στην στην ποιότητα των λιπαρών της. Γενικά στεγνή σε κάποιους θα αρέσει αλλά για άλλους όπως εγώ θα φανεί στεγνή και άγλυκια. Η άχνη ζάχαρη δεν είναι ποτέ ο τρόπος να την κάνεις γλυκιά. Μπορεί βέβαια αλλάζοντας αυτά να χάσει πελάτες που έχουν μάθει αλλιώς...οι γνώμες είναι προσωπικές. Δεν εντυπωσιάζει όπως κάποιες Σερραικές...
Reviews are always personal and based on our past experiences. With that in mind, Sakis's bougatsa is on the right track but her problem is that she has better ones for me. On the positive side the handmade sheet, and its delicate appearance. But it wants to improve the taste of the cream and the quality of its fats. Generally some will like it dry but for others like me it will look dry and unsweet. Powdered sugar is never the way to make it sweet. Of course, by changing these, it can lose customers who have learned otherwise ... the opinions are personal. It does not impress like some Serres ...
