★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλοι όσοι γνωρίζω από το ξενοδοχείο που εργάζομαι, κι εγώ φυσικά, είτε βρήκαμε κάποιο ρούχο που δεν ήταν δικό μας είτε είχε χαθεί κάποιο δικό μας ρούχο από το δέμα μας. Όσα υποτίθεται πως πλυθήκανε, δεν μυρίζανε καν καθαριότητα, και ειδικά τα εσώρουχα.
Κανένας επαγγελματισμός, και κανένα value for money. Δεν θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω και δεν το συστήνω.
Everyone I know from the hotel where I work, and I of course, either found some clothes that were not ours or some of our own clothes were lost from our package. Everything that was supposed to be washed did not even smell clean, and especially the underwear.
No professionalism, and no value for money. I will not prefer it again and I do not recommend it.

I'm traveling all over the world using this kind of services regularly I can say for sure that until now this was my worst experience.. Im now sure if they even wash the clothes or just spray them with "perfume".. They are saying that even the most basic of stains need special treatment.. Highly unprofessional.. this is not only my opinion.. I work on the island.. Same experience for my colleagues.. Wish they all write a review to protect others.. ( I even gave a second chance to them.. Same things..)
