Ήρθα στη κλινική γνωρίζοντας λίγα για τη δουλειά σας πέρα από ότι είδα στα social media, αλλά εντυπωσιάστηκα πραγματικά!! Μακράν η πιο χαλαρωτική εμπειρία μου σε οδοντίατρο. Με το που μπαίνεις, παίζει γλυκιά και χαλαρωτική μουσική, και σε χαιρετάνε με φιλική συμπεριφορά. Πάντα αισθάνομαι άγχος στον οδοντίατρο αλλά η εμπειρία μου με την Δρ. Μαριλένα Τσιάκου (και με την συμπαθέστατη βοηθό της, που δυστυχώς δεν θυμάμαι το όνομα της) ήταν εξαιρετική, με έκανε να νιώσω τόσο χαλαρά που δεν χρειάστηκε καν να βάλω αναισθησία για τα δύο σφραγίσματα που μου έφτιαξε. Μέχρι και κουβέρτα μου έδωσαν επειδή κρύωνα λίγο από το aircondition! Επίσης κάναμε τη θεραπεία λευκών κηλίδων ICON που σπανίζει στην Ελλάδα, η οποία εξαφάνισε μια ανασφάλεια μου χρόνων χωρίς να είναι παρεμβατική και χωρίς να χρησιμοποιηθεί τροχός! Η θεραπεία έγινε γρήγορα μα σωστά, και η γιατρός ήταν πολύ έμπειρη και συμπαθέστατη. Είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένη με το αποτέλεσμα, καθώς είχα μεγάλο πρόβλημα με τις κηλίδες στα δύο μπροστινά μου δόντια αλλά τώρα έχουν εξαφανιστεί. Συνολικά θα έλεγα έχουν επίσης και πολύ καλές τιμές. Ένιωσα απόλυτη εμπιστοσύνη και θα επανέλθω σίγουρα μελλοντικά για ότι χρειαστεί!!

Teeth back to previous color after two weeks, non-smoker

Unfortunately I got blended by all the good reviews- even I should know better that these times a great marketing doesn’t automatically mean a great service.I get a bleaching at my dentist once a year- good result, but very painful. So I thought why not get the same result without pain? The location is fancy and the girl was very friendly. But after my Royal treatment I looked into the mirror and was shocked- nothing changed! Not even one shade! The girl was trying to “talk me in” but I made pictures before and NOTHING changed. Instead of apologizing and giving me my money back she told me to get a better result I need to buy another one... after they already stole my time and money (198€). I’m very sad and disappointed. If you don’t want to play jeopardy with your smile better go to a professional dentist. Not everything you see on the internet is true- breaking news.

Worst dentist experience of my life! Went for cleaning + whitening. After cleaning I felt a hole in one of my front upper teeth where I used to have a filing. When I brought it to dr. attention she was very arrogant and rude, trying to convince me that I had this hole before the treatment and that it is a caries!! I couldn't believe she started arguing with me! Also she said, if I didn't feel the hole before the treatment it was because of soft tissue or food stuck inside?!!! Seriously..... I had a filing few years back with dr. Elina Terzimpasi (strongly recommended) and even have x-rays that show that there was a filing!! After the whitening she said she will fix my filing which she did (btw, no drilling, very unusual if you have caries, right?) but she didn't take her time, the filing was too high and I had to come back for her to fix it. Plus it still feels a little bit rough but I will go to my dentist to fix it. And lastly- she charged me for the filing!!! And it's not even about the money but WOW, very very arrogant and rude. I just payed and left because I didn't feel that arguing will get me anywhere but... worst service and experience ever. Not even an apology. If you want dental services in Glyfada I suggest you get a proper dentist like dr. Terzimpasi. Kind, gentle and good prices. And my response to the dentists response below..... I can understand accidents happen and people make mistakes. But it's how you handle these situations is what really defines you. There was definitely a filling and not a piece of food stuck in the tooth. I think I know the works that I did on my teeth and I also think I know how a piece of food stuck feels and how a filling feels and I think I would surely realize that my filling fall out before all the "food" got stuck in the tooth permanently.... I would not expect a free filling in normal circumstances but since it was there before the treatment that would be a right thing to do. It's about a principal not money here. And I have to correct you as well.... when I came I was the one that said that I need cleaning before the treatment as your assistant wanted to proceed with whitening immediately.... And thank you for your advice on my teeth. I came to you for whitening. For repairs on my teeth I have a dentist that I visit every 6 months and so I really do know what still needs to be done on my teeth and what was done already also thanks to the xrays every 6 months ? And absolutely, no hard feelings
