Τηλέφωνο για επιβεβαίωση διαθεσιμότητας από πλευράς τους και άμεση (κυριολεκτικά) αποστολή των ανταλλακτικών στην άλλη άκρη της Ελλάδας όπου παρέλαβα μετά από 24 ώρες. Μακάρι και η αντιπροσωπεία της Kymco στην Ελλάδα να είχε τα ίδια αντανακλαστικά. Μοναδικό μειονέκτημα, η έλλειψη δυνατότητας πληρωμής με κάρτα ή paypal, οπότε ο αγοραστής υποχρεώνεται σε αντικαταβολή, πληρώνοντας σιωπηρά και το κόστος της υπηρεσίας της αντικαταβολής μέσα στο ποσό των ταχυδρομικών. Κατά τα λοιπά άψογοι, ταχύτατοι κι ευγενέστατοι. Και η σελίδα τους όπου φαίνονται όλοι οι κωδικοί ανταλλακτικών ακριβώς όπως στους καταλόγους ανταλλακτικών της Kymco, τεράστια διευκόλυνση για τους πελάτες που επιθυμούν οι ίδιοι να παραγγέλλουν τα ανταλλακτικά για το μηχανάκι τους, όπως εγώ.
