★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα μία Metz τηλεοραση η οποια μεσα στη βδομαδα μου εβγαλε καμμενο pixel. Επικοινωνησα μαζι τους και αντι να γινει αμεση αντικατασταση με παρεπεμψαν στο σερβις της αντιπροσωπειας η οποια ηταν στην Αθηνα. Αφου επικοινωνησα με μια αναιδεστατη κυρια στην αντιπροσωπεια. Μου ειπαν οτι πρεπει να πακεταρω την τηλεοραση και να την στειλω Αθηνα για να την δουν και να μου πουν ΑΝ θα μου την αλλαξουν. Και αφου εγω ειχα πεταξει το κουτι της τηλεορασης προφανως και δεν ειχα τον τροπο να την πακεταρω με ασφαλεια και ειπα να την κρατησω ετσι. Μετα απο μερικους μηνες εμφανισε κιαλλο καμμενο pixel (εντως εγγυησης). Και επικοινωνησα ξανα και ζητησα να αναλαβουν αυτοι την μεταφορα και παλι εννοειται μου ειπαν οτι δεν αναλαμβανουν. Τελικα, αφου την πακεταρα μονος μου ξοδευοντας ενα ολοκληρο πρωινο για αυτην την διαδικασια(για να γινει σωστα και με ασφαλεια) ενημερωθηκα αφου τους καλεσα γιατι αυτοι ηταν αφαντοι, οτι η τηλεοραση εφτασε σπασμενη στον προορισμο της. Ντροπη απλα. Πραγματικα δεν εχω λογια.
Υ.Γ μου είχαν πει οτι η εγγύηση ισχύει για 4 χρόνια αλλά τα έγγραφα μαζί με την τηλεόραση έγραφαν για 2 μόνο χρόνια.
 I bought a Metz TV which within a week produced a burning pixel. I contacted them and instead of being replaced immediately, they referred me to the service of the dealership which was in Athens. After I contacted a restless lady in the dealership. I was told that I had to pack the TV and send it to Athena to see it and tell me IF they would change it for me. And since I had thrown away the TV box obviously and I had no way to pack it safely and I said to keep it that way. After a few months it showed a burning pixel (still under warranty). And I contacted again and asked them to undertake the transport and again of course they told me that they do not undertake. Finally, after spending the whole package alone for this process (to be done correctly and safely) I was informed after I called them because they were invisible, that the TV arrived broken in its destination. Shame simply. I really have no words.
PS I was told that the guarantee is valid for 4 years but the documents along with the TV were written for only 2 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά απογοήτευση. Πήρα ένα τραπεζάκι σαλονιού με συρτάρια. Στην πρώτη φορά που ήρθε το πακέτο του έλειπε ο ένας πάτος και ο ενας που είχε μέσα ήταν σπασμένος. Επικοινώνησα με την εταιρία και μου έγινε αντικατάσταση όλου του πακέτου. Μόλις άνοιξα το πακέτο προς έκπληξη μου είδα τις βίδες ανοιχτές μέσα στην συσκευασία και ΚΑΝΕΝΑ πάτο συρταριου. Πραγματικά είμαι άφωνος. Καταλαβαίνω πως ο κατασκευαστής είναι άλλος αλλα το να γίνεται 2 φορές στον ιδιο πελάτη για το ίδιο προϊόν το ίδιο σφάλμα είναι τραγικό. Δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει τέτοια γκάφα και δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπαραγγειλω κάτι από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία. Δεν την προτείνω αν δεν έχετε υπομονή και να ψάχνεται αν το πακέτο σας είναι σωστό.
Really disappointing. I got a coffee table with drawers. The first time the package arrived, one bottom was missing and the one inside was broken. I contacted the company and the whole package was replaced. As soon as I opened the package to my surprise I saw the screws open inside the package and NO drawer bottom. I'm really speechless. I understand that the manufacturer is different but to make the same mistake twice to the same customer for the same product is tragic. I have never encountered such a blunder and I am not going to order anything from this company again. I do not recommend it if you do not have patience and look for if your package is right.

Υπάρχει άνετο πάρκινγκ.
Εξαρχής μόλις βλέπεις το κτίριο νομίζεις ότι είναι εγκαταλελειμμένο.
Λειτουργεί όμως κανονικά. Είναι σαν αποθήκη.
Η Υπάλληλος λίγο νευρική και απότομη στις απαντήσεις.
Η τιμή για το προϊόν που πήρα θεωρώ ότι είναι πολύ καλή.
Να προσέξετε την παραλαβή του προϊόντος που θα αγοράσετε.
Το προϊόν που μου έφεραν για παραλαβή είχε χτυπημένα πόδια και καθόταν στραβά στο δάπεδο.
Μας είπαν ότι ήταν από την μεταφορά.
Δεν μπορώ να πω για τον υπάλληλο που μας παρέδωσε το προϊόν ήταν ευγενέστατος.
Είδε τα προϊόντα που μας έφερε και πήγε άνοιξε νέα συσκευασία.
Τελικά η δεύτερη παρτίδα ήταν άψογη.
Εάν δεν υπήρχαν οι μικρολεπτομέρειες αυτές θα έβαζα και άλλο αστέρι.
Προσοχή λοιπόν όταν παραλαμβάνετε προϊόντα.
