Αφού μας διαβεβαίωσαν ότι υπάρχουν τα σώματα καλοριφέρ που χρειαζόμασταν και δώσαμε προκαταβολή, όταν ήταν να γίνει παράδοση, προσπάθησαν να μας πασάρουν διαφορετικά από τα συμφωνηθέντα. Unacceptable with a lot of grace! After assuring us that there were the radiators we needed and we gave a deposit, when it was time to deliver, they tried to pass us differently than agreed.

Παρήγγειλα κατι το πλήρωσα και στην ηλεκτρονική σελίδα το έδειχνε σε στοκ ακόμα κ την ημερα που με πηραν τηλέφωνο να μου ζητήσουν επιπλέον χρήματα . Ακόμα δεν μου έχουν επιστρέψει τα χρήματα της παραγγελίας μου! Unacceptable. I ordered something, I paid for it and on the website it showed it in stock even on the day they called me to ask for extra money. The money for my order has not been returned to me yet!

Κριμα γιατι δειχνει μια καλη εταιρεια. You get a phone call for information about their fireplace and you get bored of talking and explaining, of being told 5 things about their product (specifically a lad on the phone). Too bad it shows a good company.

Ήρθε πέρσι στη Βόρεια Ελλάδα με μεταφορική και από το τηλέφωνο με βοήθησαν στα βασικά να τη στήσω (μπουριά κλπ πληροφορίες) αφού εδώ δεν έβρισκα μάστορα. Για μία αλλαγή της αντίστασης ανάφλεξης φέτος, με ένα-δύο τηλεφωνήματα, με βοήθησε ο μάστορας με πληροφορίες να την αλλάξω και το ανταλλακτικό ήρθε δωρεάν και σχετικά για την εποχή σύντομα, όπως προβλεπόταν. Είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος και από τη σόμπα και από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα και Service. Αν μετανιώνω για κάτι είναι που δεν αγόρασα το αμέσως μεγαλύτερο μοντέλο σόμπας. Στην αρχή σκόπευα να χρησιμοποιώ τη σόμπα συμπληρωματικά και τώρα δουλεύει 24/7 λόγω της ακρίβειας στις τιμές πετρελαίου και ηλεκτρικού. I have been very satisfied with a Zeus pellet stove that I bought. She came to Northern Greece last year by transport and from the phone they helped me with the basics to set it up (rain etc information) since I could not find a carpenter here. For a change of the ignition resistor this year, with one or two phone calls, the carpenter with information helped me to change it and the spare part came free and relatively for the season soon, as planned. I am very satisfied with both the stove and the online store and Service. If I regret something it is that I did not buy the immediately larger model of stove. At the beginning I intended to use the stove in addition and now it works 24/7 due to the accuracy in the oil and electricity prices.
