Όταν άρχισαν οι επιθέσεις στην σελιδα μας όχι μόνο δεν βρήκαμε την ανάλογη υποστήριξη αλλά τελικά η εταιρεία μας έδιωξε δίχως καν να μας δώσει πίσω το υπόλοιπο των χρημάτω για τους 21 μήνες που απέμεναν. Στα ευκολα ειναι ολοι εξαιρετικοι στα δυσκολα ομως βλεπεις τον επαγγελματισμό του καθενός. The good captain in the curtain looks. Ήμασταν πολύ επιφυλακτικοί, λόγω της φύσης της δουλειάς μας, με την προχειρότητα που πολλοί "επαγγελματίες" αντιμετωπίζουν τους πελάτες τους. Κάναμε όση έρευνα μας επέτρεπαν οι γνώσεις μας και καταλήξαμε στην Multihosting. Μου έκανε εντύπωση το γεγονός ότι κάθε φορά που επικοινωνούσα μαζί τους (γραπτά ή προφορικά) ήταν ακέραιοι, επαγγελματίες μα πάνω απ' όλα βαθιά ανθρώπινοι. Μου έμεινε στο μυαλό μια φράση που μου είπε κάποιος από αυτούς: "Κατανοούμε τον φόβο σας για τον άγνωστο κόσμο του διαδικτύου. Όμως για τον σκοπό αυτό βρισκόμαστε εμείς εδώ. Ακολουθήστε πιστά τις οδηγίες και τις συμβουλές μας και θα πετύχετε στο 100% όλα αυτά που θέλετε" Και είχαν δίκιο!! Μοιράζομαι μαζί τους ακριβώς τί θέλω να κάνω και με κατευθύνουν με χειρουργική ακρίβεια! Μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει κανένα πρόβλημα, μα είμαι σίγουρη ότι κι αν ακόμη αντιμετωπίσω είναι οι κατάλληλοι άνθρωποι για να με βοηθήσουν! Παιδιά σας ευχαριστώ θερμά!! Ύστερα από πολλές λάθος επιλογές εξωτερικού και αδυναμία γρήγορης υποστήριξης, ψάχναμε κάποιο συνεργάτη όπου να μπορούμε να πάρουμε τηλέφωνο και να απαντήσει στα θέματα μας άμεσα. Το e-shop δέχεται καθημερινά πολλές επισκέψεις και δεν πρέπει να είναι κλειστό ούτε λεπτό. Όλα τα updates και οι αλλαγές του συστήματος γίνονται από την εταιρεία μετά από συνεννόηση και σε συγκεκριμένες ώρες που να μην επηρεάζουν τη ροή της δουλειάς. Τους προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα..
