★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς είμαι αναγκασμένος να δηλώσω την πλήρη απογοήτευση μου για την εταιρεία αυτή. Έχοντας μακρά εμπειρία στα επαγγελματικά μηχανήματα της multivac αποφάσισα να την εμπιστευτώ και για το οικιακής χρήσης multivac Home του οποίου όμως χάλασε απρόσμενα η αντλία δίχως ιδιαίτερη χρήση. Η εγγύηση μόλις είχε λήξεί. Η εταιρεία multivac HELLAS ευγενικά απάντησε ότι παρ΄όλο που καταλαβαίνει και συμφωνεί ότι είναι απαράδεκτο να χαλάει η αντλία σε ένα όπως διαπίστωσαν ολοκαινουργιο μηχάνημα και να μην φέρει ευθύνη η μαμά εταιρεία, μου χρέωσαν έπειτα από συννενόηση 408,29 για καινούργια αντλία και επιπλέον 100 ευρω μεταφορικά από αθήνα στην Σάμο. Ολα αυτά μετά από καθυστέρηση 2 σχεδόν μηνών. Καταλαβαίνω ότι η multivac HELLAS δρα ως μεταπράτης και δεν φέρει ευθύνη για την αναλγησία των Γερμανών συνεργατών της, φέρει όμως ευθύνη για την επιλογή της να συνεργάζεται και να εκπροσωπεί αυτή την εταιρεία. Η ποιότητα μια εταιρείας δεν φαίνεται μόνο στα προϊόντα της, άλλωστε από μία ποιότητα και πάνω όλες οι εταιρείες λίγο πολύ τα ίδια προσφέρουν, η μετά την πώληση διαχείριση των προβλημάτων που μπορεί να προκύψουν επικυρώνουν ή ακυρώνουν την πιστότητα της εταιρείας. Από την multivac HELLAS μου είπαν ότι το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο το απέσυραν λόγο προβλημάτων και ίσως προσθέτω εγώ λόγο της σχέσης τιμής ποιότητας. Η αυτοακύρωση της multivac με έκανε να εμπιστευτώ για δύο επαγγελματικά μηχανήματα αξίας 8000 ευρώ άλλη εταιρεία. Το αναγκαστικό 1 αστεράκι αξίζει στην αδιάφορα ευγένική εκφορά του λόγου και την αμέτοχη κατανόηση του προσωπικού της multivac HELLAS
 Unfortunately I have to express my complete disappointment for this company. Having a long experience in the professional multivac machines, I decided to trust it for the multivac Home use, but the pump broke down unexpectedly without much use. The warranty had just expired. The company multivac HELLAS politely replied that although it understands and agrees that it is unacceptable for the pump to break down in a brand new machine and that the parent company is not responsible, they charged me after consultation 408.29 for a new pump and an additional 100 Euros transport from Athens to Samos. All this after a delay of almost 2 months. I understand that multivac HELLAS acts as a trader and is not responsible for the analgesia of its German associates, but is responsible for its choice to cooperate and represent this company. The quality of a company is not only seen in its products, after all, from one quality and above all companies offer more or less the same, the after-sales management of the problems that may arise validate or cancel the loyalty of the company. I was told by multivac HELLAS that this particular model was withdrawn due to problems and maybe I will add it because of the value for money. The self-cancellation of multivac made me trust for two professional machines worth 8000 euros another company. The obligatory 1 star is worth the indifferent polite speech and the non-participating understanding of the multivac HELLAS staff
