★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice theatre, a lot bigger than I expected for Kefalonia. I had the pleasure of seeing the Karaviotis brothers performing at a special show for Easter time which was awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The municipal theatre in Argostoli is a must visit. In e centre of Argostoli and close to three central square, it has 500 comfortable seats, a big stage and many dressing rooms. It is generally a big theatre for a provincial city. There is an extra big hall ground floor. Of course there are amenities for disabled visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The theatre in Argostoli puts on a large range of productions from plays to concerts and during the winter months becomes a very comfortable cinema as well. There are occasionally classic movies but also latest releases. I have seen several of the new Star Wars films in 3D, and I am writing this review have just returned home from watching Last Christmas a new release certainly across Britain but also here. An excellent place to see a wide range of wonderful entertainment at a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended!
