Λόγω σφάλματος στην καταχώριση του επωνύμου του γιου μου την ημέρα του γάμου μου ( και χωρίς επαρκή ενημέρωση προς εμάς), αυτό το μέρος έχει δημιουργήσει σε εμένα και την οικογένειά μου να ψυχολογικό και ηθικό τραύμα. Την ημέρα του γάμου μου το επώνυμό μου (πατρώνυμο) για τον γιο μου δεν ήταν εγγεγραμμένο στο πιστοποιητικό γάμου, υποστηρίζοντας ότι αυτό θα μπορούσε να γίνει στο μέλλον. Πριν γεννηθεί ο γιος μου, προσπαθήσαμε για 4 μήνες να προσθέσουμε το επώνυμό μου (πατρώνυμο) και αυτό δεν ήταν δυνατό. Ο γιος μου είναι τώρα 8 μηνών και δεν μπορούμε ακόμη να προσθέσουμε το επώνυμό μου σε αυτόν. Είναι πονοκέφαλο μετά το άλλο όταν έρχεστε σε επαφή με αυτό το μέρος, δεν ξέρουν πώς να καθοδηγήσουν, δεν ξέρουν πώς να κάνουν τη δουλειά τους και υπάρχει έλλειψη εκπαίδευσης από υπαλλήλους που ξέρουν μόνο να φωνάζουν. Δεν απαντούν σε email, τηλεφωνικές επαφές, προσπαθώ να λάβω συγκεκριμένες οδηγίες για την υπόθεσή μου εδώ και περισσότερο από ένα χρόνο. I put a star because there is no possibility to put a zero! Due to an error in entering my son surname on my wedding day (and without sufficient information to us), this place has created psychological and moral trauma to me and my family. On the day of my marriage my surname (patronymic) for my son was not registered on the marriage certificate, claiming that this could be done in the future. Before my son was born, we tried for 4 months to add my last name (patronymic) and this was not possible. My son is now 8 months old and we still can't add my last name to him. It's a headache after all when you come in contact with this place, they do not know how to guide, they do not know how to do their job and there is a lack of training from employees who only know how to shout. They do not respond to emails, phone calls, I have been trying to get specific instructions on my case for over a year.
