★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κτίριο είναι στην είσοδο του χωριού των Καλυβίων Θορικού και αποτελεί ένα σημείο αναφοράς για όλο τον Δήμο Σαρωνικού. Εξωτερικά έχει χώρο πρασίνου όπου δεσπόζει ένα δένδρο ελιάς φυτεμένο από τον τότε (και νυν) δήμαρχο. Υπαρχει άνετο πάρκινγκ. Η πρόσβαση στο εσωτερικό του Δημαρχείου είναι άνετη και για ΑΜΕΑ. Οι χώροι είναι λειτουργικοί ώστε να εξυπηρετούντε οι δημότες. Υπάρχει ένα υπέροχο αμφιθέατρο όπου γίνονται τακτικά πολιτιστικές εκδηλώσεις. Στον 1ο όροφο είναι η αίθουσα όπου γίνονται οι συνεδρίασεις του δημοτικού συμβουλίου εκεί δεσπόζει ένα άγαλμα κούρου και πάντα είναι ανοικτό για την παρουσία δημοτών.
The building is at the entrance of the village of Kalyvia Thorikos and is a reference point for the entire Saronic Gulf Municipality. Outside it has a green area dominated by an olive tree planted by the then (and now) mayor. There is ample parking. Access within the City Hall is also convenient for the disabled. The spaces are functional to serve the public. There is a wonderful amphitheater where cultural events are held regularly. On the first floor is the town hall where there is a Kouros statue and it is always open to the presence of locals.
