Το πρόβλημα και η ταλαιπωρία σχετίζεται με τις απαρχαιωμένες διαδικασίες και μη σωστή χρήση της τεχνολογίας. The people who work in the municipality do what they can to serve the citizens. The problem and inconvenience is related to outdated processes and improper use of technology.
A	Athanasios Rorris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρόλο που είναι ΟΤΑ και κάποιος θα περίμενε ανταπόκριση Δημοσίου, οι υπάλληλοι είναι ευγενικοί, γρήγοροι στην δουλειά τους και τυπικοί. Ιδιαίτερο βάρος θα δώσω στο ότι έκανα γραπτά παράπονα στον Δήμο διότι είχαν σκάψει για να περαστούν οι γραμμές φυσικού αερίου, και ένα όχημα του Δήμου την ίδια ημέρα πέρασε και καθάρισε. Ξαναπέρασε την επόμενη και την μεθεπόμενη για να μαζέψει τις σκόνες απο τις εργασίες. Επίσης 5 αστέρια στο online σύστημα πληρωμής του Δήμου (λογαριασμοί νερού κτλ). Although they are OTA and one would expect a public response, the employees are polite, quick to work and formal. k	konstantinos glynos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγαπητοί φίλοι των χαρτών της Google, Ζητάτε αξιολόγηση καταστημάτων κτλ, αλλά ενα έχω να σας Πώ. Το ψάρι βρωμάει από το κεφάλι. Δηλ, Για να αξιολογηθεί ένα κατάστημα, μια συνοικία, μια πόλης κτλ, πρέπει να υπάρξει και σωστή συνεργασία με τους Δημοτικούς φορείς, αλλά και τους Δημόσιους. Εξηγούμαι : Πώς θα αξιολογηθεί ένα κατάστημα όταν, . Δεν μπορεί ένας άνθρωπος να το πλησιάσει και να δεί τις βιτρίνες του;;; Πώς να πλησιάσει ένας ΑΜΕΑ ;; όταν τα πεζοδρόμια είναι γεμάτα με καρέκλες τραπέζια, και γενικά κατειλημμένα με διάφορα εμπόδια ;; Για πους είναι τα πεζοδρόμια ;; Γιατί λέγονται ΠΕΖΟδρόμια;; Η απάντηση είναι μία: Γιατί τους χώρους αυτούς, τους έχει ενοικιάσει ο Δήμος και εισπράτει. Ποιός θα φτιάξει αυτά τα υποτυπώδη παιζοδρόμια που από τα χρόνια δένδρα έχουν σηκωθεί οι πλάκες τους ;;; το κυριότερο δε, και σ'αυτό φταίει το Δημόσιο, γιατί βγάλανε Νόμο και μάλιστα μεσάνυχτα ότι τα πεζοδρόμια ανήκουν στους πολίτες που με υστέρημα και δάνεια πήραν ένα διαμέρισμα όπως υπήρξε διαμορφωμένο και λένε πώς πρέπει να τα φτιάξουν οι μεροκαματιάρηδες αγοραστές ;;; Όλα αυτά τόσα χρόνια δεν τα έβλεπε ο Δήμος, το Δημόσιο ;;; Για να μήν μακρηγορήσω σας απαντώ λοιπόν. Κάντε πρώτα ερωτήσεις στους αρμόδιους φορείς, βρείτε το σωστό πρόβλημα, ζητήστε ευθύνες από το Κράτος και Δήμο, και μετά ελάτε να κάνουμε κι'εσείς τις αξιολογήσεις μας !!!!!!! I	Irini Psalti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς εκει λειτουργούν όλοι με το πάσό τους. Αν ζητήσετε δε πληροφορίες για το δήμο,για οτιδήποτε σας συμβουλεύω να μη το κάνετε,θα συγχυστείτε. Α και να δείτε οταν πληρώνετε λογαριασμό νερού στη τράπεζα πόσα εισπράττει αυτή. Επίσης αυτή η Λεωφ.Πεντέλης αίσχος. Επρεπε να ονομαζεται λεωφ.παρκαρίσματος. Απο πεζοδρόμια, αστα να πάνε ήθελα νάξερα αν υπήρχε έστω ένας επιβλέπων του Δήμου θα επέτρεπε αυτό το χάλι.; Σε πολλούς δρόμους κ "πεζοδρόμια" σπας πόδια. Δυστυχώς σ ενα καλοφτιαγμενο δήμο σταδιακά τον καταστρέφουν με τον "τρόπό του" ο καθένας. Ασυννεοησία κ το μέγα έλεος. Δημοτικά τέλη έχουμε ακριβά παροχή.....
