Είχαμε κάνει κράτηση για πρωτοχρονιά μετά την αλλαγή τουλάχιστον 1 βδομάδα πριν, και όχι μόνο έχασαν την κράτηση ΑΠΟ ΔΙΚΟ ΤΟΥΣ ΛΑΘΟΣ, αλλά και όταν κατάλαβαν ότι είχαμε δίκιο η απάντηση του υπεύθυνου σ ένα άτομο του προσωπικού μπροστά μας ήταν "πετα τους όπου βρεις"! Το τραπέζι που μας πήγαν ήταν έξω απ' τον κύριο χώρο των υπόλοιπων τραπεζιών και μπροστά από μία κολόνα. Εννοείται ότι φύγαμε κι ότι δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπερασουμε ούτε απέξω. Μηδέν τρόποι συμπεριφοράς και σεβασμός απέναντι στον πελάτη, ειλικρινά ντροπή!!
1 star and again it is a lot! We had booked for the New Year after the change at least 1 week ago, and not only did they miss the booking BY THEIR OWN MISTAKE, but also when they realized that we were right the manager's response to a staff member in front of us was "throw them where you find them"! The table they took us to was outside the main area of the other tables and in front of a column. Of course we left and we are not going to go out again either. Zero manners and respect for the customer, honestly a shame !!
