Excellent place to stay in oia. The staff is superb and very helpful.

Nice view and comfort bed for room 101 but not for room 113.

Great value for money, very large and cousy room. The best part is the view from some rooms, Simply stunning.

Affordable clean simple hotel, but only 1min from the best view you can have in Oia. Waking up before sunrise and be able to walk just a minute to enjoy the wonderful view of the sun rising behind the blue done churches is priceless.

Our stay at the Best Western Museum Spa Wellness Hotel fell well below the standard we would expect of a Greek hotel, indeed, we stayed at six other hotels in Athens, Rhodes, Heraklion and Chania. The standards at this resort were frankly appalling. This establishment betrays the essence of the island, friendly, clean and welcoming. Apart from one unsupported staff member who was given little or no leadership or direction, we did not see any management or concern. My wife and I arrived at the hotel late at night and had appropriate transfers and the local agent managed our baggage to the hotel and let us in. He left us with two warnings: breakfasts had ceased some months ago and hot water took a while to arrive. Next morning, no breakfast, despite our confirmation from the hotel that it was included. The room person noted our booking and assembled a breakfast for us, as best she could. She did this for the next two days of our stay and we commend her for this. We received no comment from the management. Hot water did not arrive until 5pm, if it arrived at all. A morning shower was cold and rooms were made up around 5pm daily. The rooms were moldy and musty and paint was flaking from the walls. The sheets and towels were paper thin. The room had mold most places and rust in the shower space. The air-conditioning did work, a plus. The swimming pool was contaminated with green algae and we saw no evidence of chemicals added to reduce this. On one day an attendant did sweep the pool for leaves and to disturb the algae that simply remained in suspension to attach itself to the pool walls again. There was a distinct appearance of the pool, small as it was, being open to outsiders who were willing to pay a fee for use. The small size of the pool meant chairs and lounges were limited and made available to outsiders, excluding resident access to the full facility, or indeed any use of the facility. The resort is actually lower than a backpacker standard and does not rate 1 star

The hotel was in an awesome location, and the staff were very helpful and friendly however, the accommodation itself was difficult to compliment. The pool was in mild disuse, the water appearing slightly off color. The room itself was lockable, but one had to really pull the door shut to ensure it closed. The bathroom smelled the moment it got wet and even when dry did not go away. The bed appeared to be a queen bed but was in reality two twin beds placed adjacent. WiFi was present but routinely (and was brought up by other residents the morning after when I was checking out) cut out and reset the connection. In all, many things could be fixed, but for the price I cannot complain. 3/5.

The hotel is perfectly positioned right on the main pedestrian walkway. Its close to the bus stop, very convenient. The room was spacious and affordable for the location. Staff were nice also. There was a pool area in the back. Rooms also have some very basic cooking supplies.
