C	Christos Grimpilakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μάλλον η ονομασία προκύπτει από τα προϊόντα...υποθέτεις τι είναι...must be καφές, must be σφολιάτα....δε συζητώ για καθυστέρηση...25' έδωσαν, 1 ώρα ακριβώς έκαναν...αυτός που σήκωσε το τηλέφωνο απαράδεκτος, ούτε μια συγνώμη...απαράδεκτοι Probably the name comes from the products ... you guess what it is ... must be coffee, must be puff pastry .... I'm not talking about delay ... 25 'they gave, they did exactly 1 hour ... the one who picked up the phone unacceptable, not even an apology ... unacceptable
M	Mar St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα ένα freedo cappuccino με φυτική κρέμα. ΦΥΤΙΚΗ ΚΡΕΜΑ ΔΕΝ ΕΧΟΥΝ. Πάντα έρχεται λιωμένο γάλα πάνω από τον καφέ. Είπα να τους το ζητήσω μέσω σχολίου στο Efood, να είναι καλά η κρέμα χτυπημένη, και να κανω άλλη μια προσπάθεια. Στο τηλέφωνο ήταν αγενέστατοι, μου είπαν ότι έτσι γίνεται με τη φυτική κρέμα ( κάτι που δεν ισχύει, γιατί υπάρχουν τόσα μαγαζιά και ξέρουμε και εμείς οι καταναλωτές αν ισχύει η οχι...). και πως όσο καλά και να τη χτυπήσουν θα λιώσει. Είπαν πως θα τη φέρουν άμεσα για να δω πως είναι έτσι... και ήρθαν μετά από 1 ώρα!!! I ordered a freedo cappuccino with vegetable cream. THEY DON'T HAVE HERBAL CREAM. Melted milk always comes over the coffee. I told them to ask for it through a comment on Efood, that the cream is well whipped, and to make another attempt. On the phone they were very rude, they told me that this is how it is done with the vegetable cream (something that does not apply, because there are so many shops and we consumers know if it is valid or not ...). and that no matter how well they hit it it will melt. They said that they would bring it immediately to see how it is ... and they came after 1 hour !!!

Τους καλέσαμε να ζητήσουμε αλλαγή και μας είπαν ότι επειδή έχει αλλάξει η βάρδια, δεν φταίνε αυτοί για το λάθος. Επίσης, αν θέλουμε να μας στείλουν τον σωστό καφέ που παραγγείλαμε, θα πρέπει να τον πληρώσουμε! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ και αγενείς! Μην παρασύρεστε από προσφορές γνωστών σελίδων, διαβάστε πρώτα κριτικές και μετά αποφασίστε από πού θα παραγγείλετε! We ordered two cappuccino, one had to be plain but both came with sugar! We called them to ask for a change and they told us that because the shift has changed, they are not to blame for the mistake. Also, if we want them to send us the right coffee we ordered, we have to pay for it! UNACCEPTABLE and rude! Do not be fooled by offers from well-known pages, read reviews first and then decide where to order!
e	emma spith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου φεραν λαθος προιον ,και ο καφες δεν πινοταν καθολου..και πηρα τηλεφωνο να το πω πριν σχολιασω τωρα εδω και αντι να πει ενα συγνωμη για το λαθος..στεκοταν γιατι δε πινοταν ο καφες..οχι τυπικα ενα συγνωμη .Ο αλλος σας προτιμησε κ σας δινει τα λεφτα του ,κανετε κατι λαθος και πουλατε κ υφος.Απαραδεκτοι They brought me the wrong product, and the coffee was not drunk at all..and I got a phone call to say it before I comment now here and instead of saying an apology for the mistake..it was standing because the coffee was not drunk..not formally an apology. Και πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπανε ότι θα μου στείλει αλλά και ακόμη τα περιμένω !!! Αρνήθηκαν φυσικά να μας στείλουν την σωστή παραγγελία γιατί είχε περάσει αρκετή ώρα από την ώρα που παραγγείλαμε. Θα μας κάνουν και κουμάντο στο τι ώρα θα πιούμε τον καφέ μας. Ήθελαν να τον πάρουν από εμάς και να τον πουλήσουν αλλου, μας είπαν "τώρα θα έχει κρυώσει δεν μπορούμε να σας φέρουμε άλλο καφέ" I ordered plain cappuccino and they brought me so sweet that the sugar is all at the bottom ..... That is, to have diabetes and to be sent an hour faster! They of course refused to send us the right order because it had been a long time since we ordered.
