Ευέλικτα προγράμματα που όλοι μα όλοι μπορούν να ανταποκριθούν. Το my fitness life είναι μια συνήθεια,που αρέσει σε πολλούς. Pleasant and functional space for personal training. Και ακούραστη!!!Με πολλά χρόνια εμπειρία στο χώρο δημιούργησε έναν χώρο ατμοσφαιρικό που αποπνέει θετική ενέργεια... στο κεντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης!!!!! Τα ατομικά μαθήματα μαζί της... μοναδικά!!!!Τέλειες μουσικές επιλογές συνοδεύουν τις ασκήσεις μας... σε έναν χώρο πεντακάθαρο!!!!!!!!! Το συστηνω σε όλους!!!!! The gymnast and the owner of the gym is just great !!!! And tireless !!! Α	ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΑ ΚΑΡΒΟΥΝΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortza Ifigeneiaaaaa!!! Παιδιαααα τι να λέμε?? Η γυμνάστρια είναι αλλού!! Αν θέλεις άμεσο αποτέλεσμα, με σωστό τρόπο χωρίς να προκαλέσεις βλάβες στο σώμα σου, δεν έχω να σου προτείνω άλλο γυμναστήριο παρά μόνο το My fitness life. Όντας ένας άνθρωπος που του αρέσει η γυμναστική κ κυρίως τα μαθήματα αίθουσας, όταν επισκέφθηκα τον χώρο της Ιφιγένειας πρώτον έμεινα έκπληκτη, τόσο με την εμφάνιση, την καθαριότητα και τέλος με την αποδοτικότητα και αποτελεσματικότητα των μαθημάτων της. Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω κάποιον που να ξεκίνησε κ μετά να σταμάτησε από εκείνη!!! Δοκίμασε και δεν θα χάσεις!! Τα 5 αστέρια είναι λίγα για αυτό που προσφέρεται στην καρδιά της πόλης!! Κ από τιμές;;;;; επίσης τέλειες για ΟΛΑ αυτά που προσφέρει και ποικίλια μαθημάτων που αλλού δν θα βρεις!!! Αν θες να δεις το σώμα σου να αλλάζει χωρίς δίαιτες, τότε χάρισε εστω κ ένα μάθημα στον εαυτό σου και ....δεν θα το μετανιώσεις ?? Fortza Ifigeneiaaaaa !!! Guys what can we say ?? The gymnast is elsewhere !! If you want an immediate result, in the right way without causing damage to your body, I have no other gym to suggest but My fitness life. Being a person who likes gymnastics and especially the lessons of the room, when I visited the place of Iphigenia I was first surprised, both with the appearance, the cleanliness and finally with the efficiency and effectiveness of her lessons. I really do not know anyone who started and then stopped by her !!! Try it and you will not lose !! The 5 stars are not enough for what is offered in the heart of the city !! K from prices ;;;;; also perfect for ALL that it offers and a variety of courses that you will not find anywhere else !!! If you want to see your body change without dieting, then give yourself at least one lesson and .... you will not regret it ??
