★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εύκολη πρόσβαση αλλά το πάρκινγκ του δεν ήταν επαρκής. Μεγάλο κατάστημα με μεγάλη επάρκεια προϊόντων και προσφορών. Το προσωπικό γρήγορο και χωρίς μεγάλη αναμονή στο ταμείο. Ιδιαίτερα η καθαριότητα ήταν ικανοποιητική και πολύ καλή.
Easy access but its parking was not enough. Large store with a large number of products and offers. The staff is fast and without much waiting at the checkout. The cleanliness was very satisfactory and very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μικρό μαγαζί, αρκετές ελλείψεις σε προϊόντα, αλλά στα ταμεία τελειώνεις γρήγορα.
Βρίσκεται σε έναν από τους πιο κεντρικούς και εμπορικούς δρόμους της Νέας Σμύρνης, οπότε το πάρκινγκ είναι πολύ δύσκολο.
Small shop, several shortages in products, but at the checkout you finish quickly.
It is located on one of the most central and commercial streets of Nea Smyrni, so parking is very difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is just a grumpy mess, the manager shows out of nowhere with her high nose attitude, lecturing and even YELLING at the staff in front of clients, even when the market is packed. Not to mention the lack of staff that means even longer waiting times both at the register as well as the dairy/meat products.
Coming from a customer who's said "it was probably just a bad day" over 5 times. Unbelievable.
The prices are what you'd expect from a supermarket. Limited space means a lot of products aren't available there.
Bottom line, if you want to buy something you need on the spot, it's good enough. Otherwise, go to their big supermarket which is 3 Tram stops farther (Evangeliki Scholi).
UPDATE (4/Oct/2018): 3 new staff members, with no site of the grumpy ones. My guess is they were either fired, or just on a different shift. Updating rating from 2 to 3 stars.
