Turns out the item was downstairs all the time, for no specific reason, as all the products in its category were upstairs ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly try not to be strict with my posts but I received the worst service in this supermarket. I was waiting to order cheese but the customer assistant ignored all of as waiting in the line and picked some other customers to serve that seemed to have personal relationship. One woman, that was also waiting complained about it and the response was “ you should buy from us more often and therefore I might know your name and who knows I might serve you first”. I decided I will not pick that fight and left. As I went to the register both of the cashiers had a 4 person queue so I waited , when It was finally my turn the woman in the cashier told me I have to go for a break now so wait to the other line that now had 8 persons waiting.
