Please ask for Simos,, he is not just a masseuse but a real professional with an amazing talent in physiotherapy. If you have chronic pain, stress and back issues he can make all this disappear.!

Great in understanding and reading your body. Recently I had a lower back issue that hindered my walking. One session with Simos and I was back to my old good self. Definitely ask for Simos! Thank me later

Without informing me about any delays the massage started more than 10 minutes later and finished 15minutes late which would have been ok if I didn't have another appointment. But most importantly communication (with the reception) was not what I expected. Also I was never asked if I preferred a man or a woman to do the massage and at least I would have liked to be informed about it and asked if I am ok with that.

I booked 1hour couple massage this Saturday, starting from 19h, the room was not ready and the receptionist was trying to convince me that I had booked 45 minutes which is not true. We are frequent customers and we always book one hour! She knocked on the door while we were changing, before the massage (19:10), telling us we cannot stay for one hour and the best she can offer is 50 minutes, no apologies for their mistake. The masseurs came 19:15 and finished 19:50! So that is only 35 minutes massage! I checked my phone immediately to see the time as they don't have a clock on the wall and I saw it was exactly 35 minutes. She charged us for a 45min massage, after trying to convince me that maybe my watch is not correct (it's an android phone, the time is automatic). After going there for a long time, we will have to find a different place due to the unprofessional and rude behavior. All this could have been avoided if she admitted the mistake and apologized.

The lady on the phone when I booked the massages never mentioned that the therapists are men plus when I mentioned that to her at the end of the treatment her excuse was “I avoid asking clients whether they prefer men or women as a therapist as it offends some of them”. Last but not least, the noise of the AC mechanism during the treatment was very distracting and annoying! 42€ down the drain!
