★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the actual service is good - disregarding the extra towel cost! The whole experience is ruined by the extremely rude & ironic receptionist! I do not understand why people like this are placed in customer centric roles! Unbelievable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage was ok. I agree with what other people write about the towels. They asked me if I wanted a towel to cover my body during the massage (Like anyone want to be uncovered on a massage table?!) I said "of course". Not that I had an other option (apart from being uncovered). I understood implicitly that they would charge something. After the massage they charged me 3 EUR for a towel?!. (Which is 20% of the cost!! It's probably cheaper to buy one). In normal circumstances I would always leave a tip, even for a mediocre massage. Of course i can afford 3 eur extra but I felt cheated... i didn't leave a tip and it's the last time I went there. Enjoy the 3 eur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good massage although they are kinda shady because they told us that massage costs 12 euro for 45 mins. However they when we arrived they offered us big towels because there aren't showers to remove the oil from the body. What we didn't know it's that we had to pay for big towels and they just told it to us when we went to pay..
