Γνωρίζει πολύ καλά το αντικείμενο του, συζητάει αρκετά και με απλά λόγια με τον ασθενή του και ενημερώνει για το είδος της φυσικοθεραπείας που θα ακολουθήσει.Τεκμηριωνει την άποψη του με επιχειρήματα και είναι μετριοπαθής (σε σχέση με πολλούς άλλους). Πήγα με μεγάλη κήλη στη μέση Ο5- Ι1 ,αφορητους πόνους και αντιφλεγμονώδη που έπαιρνα για 3 μήνες, χωρίς αποτέλεσμα.Ολοι μου συνιστούσαν χειρουργείο.Ηταν ο ΜΟΝΟΣ ΠΟΥ ΕΠΈΜΕΝΕ ΌΤΙ ΘΑ ΓΊΝΩ ΚΑΛΑ ΧΩΡΊΣ ΝΥΣΤΈΡΙ!!!!!!!!!!!! Από την πέμπτη φυσικοθεραπεία, σταμάτησαν οι πόνοι κι έκοψα τα χάπια... Σήμερα, ενάμιση μήνα μετά , κάνω τις δουλειές μου, βγαίνω έξω, γυμνάζομαι και οδηγώ!!!!!!!!! Εργάζομαι στον ιατρικό χώρο και είναι ο μόνος φυσικοθεραπευτής που τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε αντιμετωπίζει μυοσκελετικό πρόβλημα... Το ευχαριστώ και το μπράβο, είναι πολύ λίγο μπροστά σ'αυτό που πέτυχε σε μένα!!!!!!!!! Flawless professional and above all a MAN !!! He substantiates his point of view with arguments and is moderate (compared to many others). I went with a big hernia in the middle of O5-I1, unbearable pains and anti-inflammatory that I was taking for 3 months, without result. Everyone recommended surgery to me. ! From the fifth physical therapy, the pains stopped and I stopped taking the pills ... Today, a month and a half later, I do my homework, go out, exercise and drive !!!!!!!!! I work in the medical field and he is the only physiotherapist that I unreservedly recommend to anyone who has a musculoskeletal problem ... Thank you and well done, it is very little in front of what succeeded in me !!!!!!!!!

S	Stratos ssss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέτα από την επίσκεψη σε ορθοπεδικό μου πρότεινε να κάνω φυσικοθεραπείες για το πρόβλημα στον ώμο, Τον ρώτησα αν γνωρίζει κάποιον φυσικοθεραπευτή και μου πρότεινε τον κ Αύθινο στην Αγία Παρασκευή για 10 συνεδρίες, σημειώνω ότι δεν είχα ξανά επισκεφτεί και δεν είχα ξανακάνει φυσικοθεραπεία ποτέ, κλείσαμε ραντεβού και πήγα, μου είπε ότι εκτός του παραπεμπτικό του ΕΟΠΠΥ να πληρώσω επιπλέον 20 ευρώ(200) την συνεδρία και 15 ευρώ για την διαφορά του παραπεμπτικού σύνολο 215 ευρώ με απόδειξη ή 15 ευρώ την φορά χωρίς απόδειξη, βεβαίως επέλεξα με απόδειξη όπως και πήρα, αδαής εγώ χωρίς να το έχω ψάξει και να ρωτήσω και αλλού, -και εδώ είναι το μεγάλο λάθος,- συμφώνησα και τα πλήρωσα έκανα “ρεύματα” λέιζερ και μαλάξεις περίπου 1 ώρα και 15 λεπτά την φορά. Μέτα από 10 συνεδρίες δεν είδα κανένα αποτέλεσμα ξαναπήγα στον γιατρό και μου έγραψε με τον ΕΟΠΠΥ άλλες 10 συνεδρίες του είπα για την τιμή που πλήρωσα και του φάνηκαν πάρα πολλά @@#@ του ζήτησα να μου προτείνει κάποιον άλλον φυσικοθεραπευτή όπως και έγινε έκλεισα πάλι ραντεβού πήγα και συμφωνήσαμε να κάνουμε “ρεύματα” λέιζερ και μαλάξεις πάνω από μια ώρα την φορά και επιπλέον Tecar therapy η διαφορά που μου ζήτησε να πληρώσω 7 ευρώ !!!! την φορά (70 ευρώ σύνολο) όπως καταλαβαίνετε έπεσα απ τα σύννεφα! Γι αυτό και αποφάσισα να γράψω την κριτική μου ώστε όποιοι την διαβάσουν να ρωτήσουν και άλλους φυσικοθεραπευτές. Να τονίσω ότι από την δεύτερη συνεδρία με το Tecar therapy είδα θεαματική διαφορά. Δεν το προτείνω σε καμιά περίπτωση, και ο λόγος ότι σε 10 συνεδρίες δεν είδα καμιά διάφορα, καμιά βελτίωση στο πρόβλημα που αντιμετώπιζα και το κόστος! η διαφορά στην τιμή ...... Η συνεργασία μας είναι άψογη, καθώς με τις γνώσεις, τις ικανότητες και το χιούμορ του δημιουργεί ένα ασφαλές, αποτελεσματικό κι ευχάριστο περιβάλλον θεραπείας. Είναι ένας πολύ ευγενικός και συνεπής επαγγελματίας, που φροντίζει ιδιαιτέρα και για την καθαριότητα του χώρου του, πράγμα πολύ σημαντικό στη διάρκεια της πανδημίας αλλά και γενικότερα. A	Anna-Maria Katzouraki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two months ago I was diagnosed with calcification of the supraspinatus tendon, following visits to orthopedic surgeons who were unsure as to how exactly it could be treated. The suggestions were: Surgery in order to remove the calcium deposit, limited cortisone shots, ozonetherapy and physiotherapy. None of the doctors actually insisted on the last, so I assumed it to be part of a plan B. What I have gained from my sessions with Mr. Afthinos, (apart from a gradual and steady recovery), is the realization that when it comes to any soreness that our bodies manifest, time is of the utmost importance. Had I started physio the moment I first sensed a muscle discomfort, I would not have reached the levels of pain I began to experience. The pain ended up spreading on the entire inner part of my left arm and in a matter of days I had neck and shoulder blade pains that kept me awake at night and affected my life in all regards. It was after my third to fourth session that I was able to lie down and rise from the bed without experiencing excruciating pain. Mr. Afthinos took the time to fully understand my condition and then put a treatment plan in place, clearly explaining what the therapy sessions would involve. At the moment, I have concluded ten sessions with him and I am feeling optimistic about what will follow. I still have a long way ahead of me but I am confident that I am in the right hands. I cannot speak highly enough of his expertise, care and professionalism. I am truly grateful.
