Πήγα την συσκευή μου επειδή είχε πρόβλημα στην θύρα φόρτισης.Μου είπε ότι δεν φτιάχνετε και δεν πήρε λεφτά.Οταν όμως πήρα πίσω το κινητό μου είχε κολλήσει σε ένα ασταμάτητο bootloop επίσης η οθόνη δεν πιάνει καθόλου. Δηλαδή πήγα με ένα πρόβλημα και γύρισα με 3. Όταν πήγα και του το είπα έκανε τον ανηξερο και ότι από την στιγμή που δεν πλήρωσα δεν φέρνει αυτός ευθύνη. Υ.Γ. Ενώ περίμενα να με εξυπηρετήσει,κάποιος άλλος καημένος ήταν στο τηλέφωνο και μιλούσε μαζί του. Στον οποίο είπε ότι αφού άλλαξαν θύρα,άλλαξαν μπαταρία και ακόμα έχει πρόβλημα να το φέρει να του κάνουν μια ενημέρωση. Δεν μπορώ να φανταστώ αυτός ο καημένος ο άνθρωπος πόσα πλήρωσε χωρίς να δει αποτέλεσμα Far away !!!! I went to my device because it had a problem with the charging port. When I went and told him, he did the ignorant and that since I did not pay, he is not responsible. PS While I waited for him to serve me, another poor man was on the phone talking to him. g	geo sarv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση μέχρι εκεί που δεν πάει ! Άφησα το κινητό μου για αλλαγή μπαταρίας και το έστειλαν στην Αθήνα για επισκευή και μετά μου είπαν ότι πήγε στην Τσεχία που είναι τα κεντρικά τους (αν πήγε κιόλας) διότι έχω μια μεγάλη αμφιβολία ότι δεν το άνοιξαν καθόλου το κινητό. Περίπου 2 μήνες που ταλαιπωρούμε με το κινητό έπαιρνα πάντα εγώ τηλέφωνο να ενημερωθώ από τον υπάλληλο του καταστήματος σε ποιο στάδιο είναι το κινητό και κάθε φορά έλεγε θα με πάρει ο ίδιος τηλέφωνο όταν είχε νέα και ποτέ δεν έπαιρνε. ( Όταν θεωρείσαι επαγγελματίας εσύ ενημερώνεις για το παραμικρό τον κάτοχο του τηλεφώνου). Βρήκαν ότι έχει πρόβλημα και στην πλακέτα και είναι μεγάλο το κόστος. Πήρα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω που βρίσκετε το κινητό και είπε ότι είναι στην courier και να περάσω την επόμενη μέρα να το πάρω. Πέρασα μετά από 2 μέρες να το παραλάβω από το κατάστημα και είπε ότι ακόμα δεν πήγε να το πάρει και θα το πάρει το μεσημέρι. Το καταστήματα του με την courier είναι ούτε 200 μέτρα απόσταση. Και το τελευταίο πήγα να πληρώσω και είπε ότι το μηχάνημα POS δεν το έχει γιατί είναι χαλασμένο κάτι που για να είμαι ειλικρινής δεν το πιστεύω διότι και πριν 2 μήνες που είχα πάει πάλι δεν είχε το μηχάνημα POS. Πρώτη φορά κάνω σχόλια οπουδήποτε και για οποιοδήποτε αλά τόσο ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΊΑ άνθρωπο πρώτη φορά έχω δει σε όλα ! Μετά διάβασα τα διάφορα σχόλια σας που είναι από μέτρια εως κακή εξυπηρέτηση ! Αν είχε για σχόλια και - αστέρια να ξέρετε ότι θα έπαιρνε - 10. Poor service to where it does not go! I left my cell phone for a battery change and they sent it to Athens for repair and then they told me that it went to the Czech Republic which is their headquarters (if it even went) because I have a big doubt that they did not open the cell phone at all. For about 2 months we have been struggling with the mobile phone, I always got a phone call to be informed by the store clerk at what stage the mobile phone is and every time he said he would pick up the phone himself when he had news and he never got it. (When you are considered a professional, you inform the owner of the phone in the slightest). They found that there is a problem with the board and the cost is high. I got on the phone to ask where you find the cell phone and he said it is in the courier and to spend the next day to get it. I went after 2 days to pick it up from the store and he said that he still did not go to get it and will take it at noon. Its shops with the courier are not even 200 meters away. And the last one I went to pay and he said that the POS machine does not have it because it is damaged, something that to be honest I do not believe because even 2 months ago when I went again it did not have the POS machine. This is the first time I make comments anywhere and for anyone but I have seen everything for so many COUNTER-PROFESSIONAL! Then I read your various comments which are from mediocre to poor service! If he had for comments and - stars know he would get - 10.
