DECEPTION ! Nous avons réservé notre location de voiture pour 18 jours en août 2021 par ce prestataire "mycarincrete" : sur le papier cela correspondait à une Honda CRV automatique pour 4 valises. Site plutôt bien fait, efficace et rapide pour valider la reservation en ligne. Possibilite de ne pas régler tout de suite avec supplément. MAIS à l arrivee a l aeroport d heraklion, loueur introuvable ! on se rend compte que le nom de l afence de location n est pas mentionné sur la confirmation de resa, et aucun stand au nom.de "mycarinceete" non plus sur place... Nous avons appelé le numéro qui figurait sur la confirmation et après plusieurs tentatives on nous a repondu que l agence était GREEN MOTION (comptoir à l interieur de l aeroport). Au comptoir ils nous remettent les clés d un modèle qui ne correspond pas à la catégorie réservée, plus petit... On demande à changer. Et il ne leur reste qu une seule voiture dispo pour la taille demandée, une vieille Toyota Rav de 85000 km (automatique ouf!) toute rayée de partout avec des roues presque lisses tellement elles étaient usées. .. Pas le choix vu que les valises ne rentraient pas dans le coffre sinon !!! Donc on la prend... On demande à changer en milieu de séjour, l agence principale d heraklion devait nous rappeler et on attend toujours... résultat on a rendu notre vieille toyota Rav toute pourrie 18j plus tard a l aeroport d Heraklion... (sans aucun check out d ailleurs) Service pas satisfaisant et très décevant. On déconseille.

DISAPPOINTMENT ! We booked our car rental for 18 days in August 2021 through this provider "mycarincrete": on paper it corresponded to an automatic Honda CRV for 4 suitcases. Site rather well done, efficient and fast to validate the online reservation. Possibility of not paying immediately with supplement. BUT on arrival at heraklion airport, rental company not found! we realize that the name of the rental afence is not mentioned on the confirmation from resa, and no stand in the name of "mycarinceete" either on site ... We called the number that appeared on the confirmation and after several attempts we were told that the agency was GREEN MOTION (counter inside the airport). At the counter they give us the keys to a model that does not correspond to the category reserved, smaller ... We ask to change. And they only have one car left for the size requested, an old Toyota Rav of 85,000 km (automatic phew!) All scratched everywhere with almost smooth wheels they were so worn. .. No choice since the suitcases would not fit in the trunk otherwise !!! So we take it ... We ask to change in the middle of the stay, the main heraklion agency had to call us back and we are still waiting ... result we returned our old toyota Rav all rotten 18 days later at Heraklion airport ... (without any check out of elsewhere) Unsatisfactory and very disappointing service. We advise against.
