★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετα απο σχεδόν 2 μήνες (παραγγελια 11/9) και 2 τηλέφωνα που έληξαν σε «θα το δω και θα σας καλέσω πίσω», νομίζω οτι η αρνητική κρητική ήταν αναπόφευκτη. Ειναι λυπηρό που εν έτη 2017 και εν μέσω κρίσης, κάποιοι αγνοούν πλήρως κάθε έννοια επαγγελματισμού και σεβασμού προς τον πελάτη. Μη χειρότερα!

 After almost 2 months (order 11/9) and 2 phones ending in "I'll see it and call you back", I think the negative Cretan was inevitable. It is a pity that in the years of 2017 and in the midst of crisis, some are completely ignorant of any concept of professionalism and respect for the customer. Not worse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγειλα κατι απο Αγγλια και το παρελαβα χθες.Την ιδια μερα παραγγειλα και απο το συγκεκριμενο καταστημα.
Ακομα ταξιδευει εντος Ελλαδος.
Ολα αυτα εγιναν στις 6/11/17.
Σημερα πηρα εγω τηλεφωνο στην εταιρια για να μαθω και μου ειπαν οτι δεν ειναι διαθεσιμο.
Απαραδεκτη επικοινωνια.
Ισως να φταιει που το προπληρωσα με χρεωστικη,τι να πω...
I ordered something from England and received it yesterday. On the same day I also ordered from the specific store.
He is still traveling in Greece.
All this happened on 11/6/17.
Today I got a call from the company to find out and they told me that it is not available.
Unacceptable communication.
Maybe it's my fault that I paid in advance with a debit card, what can I say ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανύπαρκτη επικοινωνία, ούτε με email ούτε στο τηλέφωνο. Ξόδεψα πολύτιμο χρόνο σε επαναλαμβανόμενες προσπάθειες για να τους βρω. Το προιόν δεν το παρέλαβα ποτέ, μια που μου πρότειναν επιστροφή χρημάτων "για να τελειώνουμε" (είχα κάνει έμβασμα). Ευτυχώς την επομένη έλαβα πίσω τα χρήματά μου.
No communication, neither by email nor on the phone. I have spent valuable time in repeated efforts to find them. I never received the product, as I was offered a refund "to finish" (I had remittances). Fortunately the next day I received my money back.
