Only negatives are that 1) they do not provide an electronic version of the file used to make the book so that I can share it with people. 2) TNT left the book with a far neighbour so it was almost lost

I had some trouble with the whole process; I found that the whole process of purchasing the book, getting the coupon and then creating it was long and complex. I also delayed putting it together so was charged more for that. I feel like this can be made easier. Thank you!
