★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drivers are rude and unreliable. We got a 24/7 on call service and every time we would contact the driver later in the night he would ignore our messages. The driver was also very rude and would refuse to do certain trips or take some of our friends with us. When we would ask them to pick up in a location they said “we will tell you where we pick you up” and would scream at us if we would make them go back to our villa and pick up more people, even though we were entitled to 10 trips a day and only took 3-4 a day.
Bottom line, do not use this service. It’s is expensive and you will receive unreliable drivers that are extremely rude. In fact, it was so bad that we ended up cancelling our driver after 3 days when we were supposed to have it for a week.
