The villa far exceeded our expectations, spectacular view, spacious villa and lovely garden and pool, strong wifi, fully equipped kitchen and few minutes walk from a beautiful super clean beach which is not crowded at all You can literally spend your whole stay within the villa’s vicinity enjoying the view and tranquility The photos of the place doesn’t do it justice…it’s far more beautiful in reality I can’t begin to describe how lovely, helpful and warm person Elias is… he is the best host I have ever met…our flight was delayed and we arrived one day late, he was waiting for us when we arrived with lovely surprise upgrade of our villa and warm welcome to make sure we start the vacation with good mood after our flight disappointment He was available 24/7 during and even before our stay giving us super helpful tips that made our vacation really great and memorable The place is spotless clean, has all the amenities you might need and Lisa the lovely lady with perfect smile cleand the place daily to perfection If we are lucky to come back to Mykonos we will definitely be Elias’s guests again It was hard to say goodbye to Mykons but we enjoyed every minute of our stay and made a wonderful new friend ( our super host Elias)

Very nice and comfortable apartment, everything you could need is included (towels for the pool, kitchen stuff, shower gel...). There is a nice and quiet beach nearby. Private pool and restaurant downstairs. Elías is a very good host. Highly recommended.

Be Very Careful. We wanted to make a reservation via booking.com and decided to call the property first to confirm a few details like airport transfers and wifi availability. The guy I talked to (Elias) confirmed the price on booking.com - 800 euro for 9 nights. He said he'd send an email right away to "officially" confirm the reservation and offered to have free airport transfer if we don't book via booking.com. This was the first red flag. Right after the call ended, I found the property listing disappeared from booking.com. Anyway, I decided to wait for the confirmation email, which was supposed to be sent right away. Obviously, "right away" for the owners of this property does not have the same meaning as in the rest of the world as it took 3 phone calls to arrive...in the evening on the next day! Hold on for the best thing...this guy Elias was quoting a higher price (830 euro) for....7 nights. Ultimately, we got more expensive quote for less number of nights. When I sent a reply asking about this misunderstanding, the guy didn't even bother to reply back. So be careful for hidden costs and book at your own risk.

Me and 3 other friends rented this ''amazing villa'' in October. When we arrived we received an amazing welcome from Elias (the owner). Everything was perfect I was pretty amazed. Unfortunately, things went left. We rented it for 4 days and only 1 day we had electricity. When the electricity turned off, the water was also not available. We could not shower, nor go to the bathroom or drink water, we could not do anything. Imagine, on your birthday week. My bed was not in a good state, i had to sleep on a broken bed for 3 nights that keeps breaking. We messaged Elias and asked why is this happening. He did not want to actually help us en blamed the electricity company. Fine things can happen. All our food, expensive food was rotten. After all this we asked for compensation for our stay and our food. He does not want to help us and keeps denying the messages. Im messaging everyday for a small compensation for his quests and he keeps ignoring me. Unfortunately, we took legal action and are waiting for a respond. Traumatic. NEVER AGAIN. really bad service.

We (2 couples) spent five nights in an apartment with two bedrooms. All in all, this is a great stay! Very clean, very big rooms and terraces, nice amenities (jacuzzi, fridge, kitchen, A/C in every room) and everything you need, basically. The location is ~15 minutes from the „town“ where all the tourist buzz is happening. You should rent a car as it provides great flexibility. The only cons were construction noise as it‘s a growing area, quite a walk to the breakfast restaurant (2 min, rather steep downhill) and some issues with our water which were fixed immediately! In general, the host is extremely supportive. Whether it‘s about recommendations (aside from tourist traps), any requests we had, or general caretaking. If you ever read this: you made this stay a great experience, Mike!
