K	Ken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No longer 5 star. Great location but aging rooms and unpolished slow service. The woman who handles bookings / reservations is atrocious. Very rude woman with anger management issues. Breakfast is lovely however lunch and dinner is below average. Understaffed hotel. Barely 3-4 star service. Shame. This hotel used to be great.

Daily extensive, delicious breakfast buffet. Wonderful Spa. Quiet, full service pool. Short walk to town and all the restaurants/shops. Taxi service to beaches (or bus). There is absolutely nothing not to LOVE about this place! Highly recommend!

T	Tom Best on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely agree Andrea! This is not a five star hotel, neither it is at luxury hotel! Stayed in September 2020 here. The Property is greatly located just next to centre. But the entire garden full of litter, the management tries to save money on breakfast, they promoted are splendid buffet breakfast but they served a very limited continental breakfast (3). Restaurant staff untrained, at the first morning they tell you that you shouldn’t eat too much because that’s not alright. I would rate it as a good 3, or an average 4* hotel at 5* prices. other guests said this is a “once and never again” hotel. Rooms are ok but AC is old and loud, and it blows right on the bed. Absolute overpriced tourist trap!!! Deeply disappointed... only + is reception staff: 5* - it’s not their fault that this hotel is run by a miserable management... compensation was refused by LMX because we did not make a complaint on spot! If you are same unhappy please do your complaint while there!

Rooms are dirty and old, smells of mold and AC and hairdryer look like they are directly from the 60s. It makes me wonder whether the 5 star rating are fake. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

We walked and used the bus during our entire stay. Some rooms have excellent views of the sea, very pretty. Pool is nice, although the cabanas are not very well kept (pretty dirty). Service is exceptional, reception is helpful and will take good care of you. The free airport shuttle also is appreciated.

We got offered champagne glasses upon arrival and a very warm welcome. The receptionist (Nellie) saw our surname and started to speak fluently in German! The lovely blond lady presented us the island and points of interests then she escorted us to our room. We had an ocean view room and also were happily surprised to have a plate of fruits, water and wine in the room! The breakfast was served in the open area of the restaurant and was pretty good. They offered a complimentary birthday cake during our breakfast which was a nice touch! The service in the pool area was perfect. We got a perfect massage therapy too. The distance to…
