★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in August 2020, I contacted MyLab to perform the so-called PCR test for Covid-19. My comments:
- Very friendly reception and medical staff, all precaution measures were taken.
- The doctor was happy to answer any questions.
- The Covid-19 sampling room was clean, disinfected and seemed to be of the highest standards
- The response for the results was in <24h as promised
- The cost of the test was less than the competitors I researched at that time at least
Overall, and specifically for the Covid-19 PCR test I think I made the right choice.

Extremely unprofessional
Clueless on how to be organized, zero understanding of customer service.
The swab I experienced was a huge joke and of course it came back negative as it barely touched me.
A very pricey and stressful experience ?
