★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλους τους τύπους αλεύρων έχω δοκιμάσει από αυτό το μύλο. Όλα εξαιρετικά! Φρέσκα και μοσχοβολιστα ( λατρεύω τη μυρωδιά του φρεσκοαλεσμενου σιταριού!). Για όλες τις χρήσεις; Τέλειο. Για τσουρέκι; Φοβερό. Για ψωμί; Ολικής; Όλα τέλεια. Και τιμές; Ασυγκριτες!
I have tried all types of flour from this mill. All excellent! Fresh and musky (I love the smell of freshly ground wheat!). For every use; Perfect. For a bun? Awesome. For bread? Total? Everything is perfect. And prices? Incomparable!
