★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this restaurant! The food is really good, and you get a lot of it. The cretan food is fine, but the beef is out of this world! Especially the beef with Italian porcinisauce. The peppersauce is also good. The waiters are friendly, but polite. But you should go to "O Mylos tou Kerata" just to see and enjoy the decorations. They use fresh and dry fruits to decorate both inside and outside, and you will always find something new and exciting. This restaurant is the best in Platanias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a like a hidden mediterranean garden with the best service and amazing amenities. The food is excellent and the staff make it a wholesome experience. From the flower beds in the toilet sinks to the frangipani flowers you receive at the entrance point and the free fruit at the end of your dinner, everything is designed to amaze and soothe the eyes. The food is great and tasty. If you do come by, try the daily special with lamb, the traditional cretan pie and the moussaka. All are esquisite and deserve to be sampled while you stay in Platanias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and delicious food. Stylish atmosphere and a lot of attention to detail. Suitable for romantic dinner given all the flower petals on table and plate. The waiters were super attentive (for my taste a bit too much; I had barely put down my fork and whoosh gone was my plate ??).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In our 14 days vacation this was by far the best restaurant in Platanias. Clearly more upscale than the classic Greek taverna, but not so much more expensive and there are very large portions, so overall a great value for everyone.
Clear recommendation, the Saganaki as a starter, tastes incredibly delicious. In addition to the great food also a great service and very tasty dessert. It is recommended to reserve if you want to eat after half past seven in the evening.
